The support where Oboro has "THE FACE" for 95% of the entire support.
+CGrascal Oboro is best waifu
+CGrascal The Oboro Death Glare~
AFKei That's one reason why
Tis why she be married to Jakob in my revelation play through, first support where Jakobs a jerk but the female honestly outright glares at him since before he even opens his mouth... that and my corrin married Takumi, Crushes married each crushes other ship.
She looks like she's about to bawl her eyes out.
This might be the first time I've seen Beruka's robotic emotionless response actually help someone else develop.
Oboro's: I promise you....REVENGE
Oboro's after this support: Mom Dad this is what you wanted right? This is my promise I give to you
Yup shadow the edgehog was here for a bit
Oboro mom and dad: ehhh....close enough.
This support was powerful! It had so much more depth to it than others I could mention
Oboro NEVER cracks a smile in this Support. She's probably the only unit in Fire Emblem to never smile once in a whole support (well, besides that indirect one at the start of the B support).
Nah, she DOES smile sometimes... Yet far less then most of the other characters.
I meant in this support.
3:18
It's there for about a second, don't thank me
Well she didn't have a line with that expression
that’s what makes her waifu af though
Oboro does remind me a lot of Katara from Avatar: the Last Airbender. Both had someone close to them killed by members of an opposing, war-seeking nation, thus leading the character to hate said nation. But in the end, they learn and know to put aside their differences when they meet an individual from said opposing nation.
Why does this game draw so many parallels to that show? Don't get me wrong, I love Avatar and Fire Emblem Fates, but they just share so many similarities.
Rylade475 you're not the only one
@@megaboss8140 maybe because they were both Anime Inspired? Also the dead parent trope is known as the Batman Trope
Rylade475 The difference being that Zuko was entirely willing to help Katara find the man who killed her mother.
But I dont think we know how Berukas parents died, and I'm pretty sure she doesn't hate Hoshido.
Arguably the best support in Fates.
Nicholas Art I prefer beruka and saizo's c support
Pidove .........
Joshua Bermudez literally all Laslow supports are good and end up fixing or improving the character Laslow is talking to 99% of the time (the other 1% is when the character is already good), it would be unfair.
@@lin-we8kp Beruka and Saizo c support is the masterpiece to top all masterpieces
Hate always make interesting conversations.
One of the best in the game IMO
2.01 Beruka: You're wasting your efforts. I have nothing to say to you. "Nothing"
Well at least she said it
and this is one of the many reasons why it's called revelations.
Don't you just love it when people hate each other?
Hi Noah
This support kinda remind me of the old fashioned support from the GBA era, idk why.
+Yosua Feri Wijaya You probably mean that it just explores characters without having the two becoming friends in the end.
Could you imagine if they gave Beruka and Takumi a support, Ob would flip
reminds me of matthew and jaffar from fe7
I love Oboro, but she's pretty scary....
Not as bad as an annoyed Benny
Kawaii Atlas
Uh-huh!
Totally
I never thought about this before, but if you spare Oboro in Conquest I wonder what she'll be like. I mean, think about it:
She lost her parents to Nohrians.
The queen of her nation was killed sometime after Corrin, who is basically Nohrian, returns to Hoshido.
The prince of her nation was killed by your army, which is Nohrian.
Her crush, who is also a prince, was killed by Corrin, a Nohrian.
Imagine what she would be like after all that!
@@0riginal_zer030 She would not only be racist
She would literally become a nazi and build a plan to exterminate all nohrians
Oboro went from anti-Nohr to personal vengeance to a little scared of Beruka
When Beruka actually talks a lot in a support then in other ones because most of the time its ...
i feel proud of oboro
Same
I never did understand the whole, "Your parent did something horrible to me so you're guilty too" bullshit. It's great Oboro didn't go that way but it happens in other stuff so often. Kids don't inherit sins of their parents why take it out on them? I'm all for Vengence but they aren't the object of your suffering.
Aside from loading in with a normal expression, she used the insane portrait for every single text box until A.
me : i bet oboro's gonna talk about her parents...
Oboro : "Only afte I found out you used to be an assassin"
me : here it comes here it comes
Oboro : "My parents ran a cloth-"
me : OH YOU FU
ine thing that you not many know, is that Oboro cannot revenge her parent in any scenario
in birthright, Beruka will live reven tho you defeated her
in revelation she join your side
in conquest Oboro is an enemy and will die
the only way to make revenge is by playing conquest, fighting Beruka against Oboro and losing
even tho Oboro will die, she will at least revenge her parent by Beruka dying
Oboro: I know what you are
Beruka: Say it
Oboro is filled with such hatred and anger, but she knows letting it out is not gonna solve anything. Vengeance won't solve anything.
Unlike batman.
Anyway, her character for some reason rubs me the wrong way, I understand why she has enmity towards Nohr, but I still can't find myself sympathizing with her let alone liking her.
I have no idea why.
Well, if Batman wanted vengeance, he would've hunted down the man who murdered his parents and killed him a long time ago. He's more about fighting crime in a city filled with corrupt cops. In Batman Begins, his friend tells him that "justice is about harmony, revenge is making yourself better", which inspires him to have his rule of never killing. That aside, I'm happy that despite the anger she has, Oboro still has the sense to know that killing the adopted daughter of her parents' killer isn't going to solve anything. It's certainly not going to bring them back. I'm also glad that she wants to stop the cycle of hatred and vengeance instead of continuing it.
+sparkshark789 oh yeah, and how she wants to see that not all Norhians are responsible
Nohrians like Elise
Sad part is before I knew about the support in Conquest I had Beruka kill her, knowing what I know now it's pretty sad to have survived Beruka Mentor/Adoptive Father but watching him murder her parents, Swear Revenge against Nohr, and unknowing to either lose her life to his Legacy, truly sad
+cheese883 uh killing kinda does solve everything... for an example... injustice 2... if the heroes just kill the leopald girl then supergirl wouldn't been close to death... sparing most enemies lives will get you killed lol
*I sHiP tHeM*
Oboro's expression like never changes--
Oboro is voiced by Marisha Ray. Bo in Critica Role.
So much pressure
I wonder what the S support would have been like.
and thus concludes oboro's vengeance
Seriously Oboro needs to relax.
My favorite females from Fates...
Dang oboro is like Samus!
And so beruka knew that hate will lead to more hate and so did oboro yet wanted to kill the man that raised a girl to be a killer only to then finally not onky still hate her even a little but not want to kill her the least she could have done was a cut to the face but she could have said thanks after or not and just say thanks even though beruka took him out by contract she kinda did both of them a favor
REVENGE
What about the person who hired him to kill her parents she can still go after them
Beruka killed him
If the last of us part 2 didn’t have idiots for a cast. Fates has shit writing but this is the best support in the game. Of those I’ve seen
I ship them
