    You know, as old school a mechanic I think I am I would have never thought of the BBQ grill and Freezing to attach the Starter ring to the flywheel. Learned something new today. Great Job on that one.

      Thanks! It’s a trick we learned from some other Model A’ers. It really does work surprisingly well.

    Another great video, hopefully I won’t need this for awhile on my 400. This is a good asset to have for the Model A Club.

    old pilot bearing can be knocked out, should have lightened the flywheel and used a V8 pressure plate to ease shifting into first. Reduces the wait for things to stop rotating between clutching and shifting. Otherwise grinding.
