- The Oprah Show episode, which aired in 1997, featured audience members asking Winfrey about her decision to interview DeGeneres about coming out. One audience member said she had “seen it in the Bible” that “homosexuality is wrong”. She felt that, if Winfrey is “going to represent yourself as a Christian” and support LGBT+ rights, then it’s “double standarding”. But Oprah Winfrey hit back at the religious audience member. She said she had a “different view of Christian” “The God I serve doesn’t care whether you’re tall or short or whether you were born Black or Asian or gay,” “I take full responsibility for my going to hell or heaven,” Winfrey declared. “I feel that everybody who’s concerned about me now going to hell because I’m doing the Ellen DeGeneres show… She explained that she believed God created Ellen, and if she is gay, “I believe God created her gay.” “I support her right to be who she thinks she is,” Winfrey said. （Video Source: OWN TV）

I can’t exactly remember what was said, but it becomes clear that her emotional state is tied to the fact that she thinks Oprah might be right and can’t argue her own stance anymore - it was just what she was taught to believe. I’ve often thought about this girl over the years and wondered if she ever saw the light.

As a gay I can answer that. My dad told me once they’re changing the Bible to say human and human instead of male and female to be more “inclusive” in this new society. He believed that they’re changing it (which we both find to be stupid) but when I told him in 1946 homosexual was added into the Bible and that in my out of body experience The Trinity wasn’t against my sexuality he said nope that’s not possible. At first I thought oh maybe it’s because people like him don’t believe it’s possible the Bible has changed. The thing is that lady started crying because she was actually very conflicted on the issue. Her christianist indoctrination told her homosexuality was wrong, but her humanity disagreed. It was actually a pretty wonderful and heartwarming episode.

My whole church is going to a movie tomorrow and everyone is so excited to see it. I was untill I saw the trailor , then felt a check in my spirit and the word vulgarity came up. I looked it up and it talks about sexuality and offensive or obscene language. These are the last days. We must be very very careful, - I looked at the cast who is in the movie people whom seem very nice and kind at times yes , but they play roles in movies that are sexual and murderous etc. after dealing with narcissists Even in the church I realize anyone can say can be kind in a moment , and abusive behind closed doors and violent. Quoting the Bible to keep their partner from leaving and even saying pray for me. But they are not able to see the damage they do.
