    Day 1: i can feel the burn, felt amazing after doing it. no changes (of course) but enjoyed.
    Day 2 : it was good and felt easy than the day 1 . no changes till now. will do it again tomorrow.

    After 6 mos. From 2xl down to medium...
    But suddenly after my sister passed away my daily routine was stop....🥺

    I injured my left lumbar and a muscle in my butt that hit my sciatica (the butt one feels better now at least) at the end of March when I was doing one of your leg videos around the time I discovered you. I haven't been able to work out since then 😭I've been doing home work outs for years since I have gym anxiety, so I don't know 100% what went wrong

      hey something like that happened to me too i couldnt even walk properly it was so bad and i didnt know what happened to me eventually after some days it was better and but i still couldnt workout for like 2 months im all good now and thanks for telling me what it was i hope u feel better

    Day 1 : done (took atleast 5/6 breaks, felt very exhausted and was very challenging to complete) .
    Day 2: done (took 3/4 breaks, felt the same challenge) .
    Day 3: done( took 3/4 breaks, got a bit better) .
    Day 4: done (took just 1 break, felt a lot easier than before) .
    Day 5: done (took 1 break, did the workout after 5 days, and before this I did 2 standing ab exercises,felt a bit difficult than before) .
    Day 6: felt a lot easier
    Day 7: done, felt a bit difficult than before.
    Day 8: done
    Day 9: done (my stomach is so much flatter than before)
