    i’ve been doing this workout for almost 3 months (3 times a week), in combination with a few other workouts that i want and with a balanced diet (nothing extreme, i try to eat healthy but i still eat fast food and sweets when i feel like it) and my abs are really toned! i started seeing results probably a month into the workout but now they’re more defined. I know these kind of comments inspire people to try the workouts so pls do this one because it WORKS!!!!! you can do it ❤️

      ​@Kadek Dian purnama your not dead you just don't how to live so you feel like your dead. Maybe start with an opportunity or a goal, with God by your side see where that takes you ❤. Believe me you will see a change in your life. It worked for me so why wouldn't it work for you, we're not any different we're all human right and God's kids so....🤷‍♂️

      I can see what you say. Congrats 🎉! I also keep do this exercise everyday (only 10-15mins) plus yoga/dance 2-3 times/week and balance diet (not too strict). Yeah, I got toned abs. The key here is our frequency even though you do exercise only 10-15mins.

    been doing emi's workout programs for nearly 9 months now, continuously! i get 6 days of working out at least 55-1hr each day, and 1 day of rest. for those who want to start now, it gets easier, i promise! once your body gets used to it. we will be our dream body soon!

      ​@@jenitacanistina1808 Let me tell you..I have been following Emi since the middle of 2023..and guess what I lost around 6-9 kgs..well before I got to know about her..I used to dance a lot LIKE A LOT...and probably dancing helped a lot(not a professional dancer but I love to dance, I got some moves yo- ay..anyways👽)...and yeah you can start with this work out but I do various types of excercises along with this one like HIIT, cardio, abs, arms, legs and collarbones and a walking workout of 30 minutes..and sometimes even a whole plank routine..but let me tell you that I don't do all of it ALL TOGETHER..like I do all of this in combination like I'm doing some today and then doing the rest the other day..but yeah there are a few workouts that I DEFINITELY do daily..like the HIIT, abs and arms..and about abs when I feel like doing some standing abs workout I do it and sometimes I just do this just laying on my bed..depends on my mood...andd I also decreased my habit of overeating junk food..I also avoid the foods which bloates my stomach..and now my current weight is 42kgs

    Started this for the new year, hope to feel improvement, purely doing this for my self and myself only. I’m not over weight, but I’m not terribly skinny, I’m in the middle, just want feel healthy. Also, putting my own 100% honesty into this review to help the next person. ➡️➡️
    Day 1: struggled a lot, put my own little spin to build up to it to make it easier.will definitely be sore tomorrow.🙌🏼🙌🏼

    I’m 16 and my goal is to have abs; I already have a flat stomach but I’m trying to get it more toned. Hope this challenge shows me some results soon!
    Day 1: ✅ the exercises went by so fast and I was surprised to finish with so much energy instead of being exhausted!
    Day 2: ✅ a little harder in some exercises but fighting through
    Day 3: ✅ didn’t stop at any point throughout the video today

    Starting this 2 week challenge today! (2/1/23)
    Day 1: Both workouts of the day done✅
    What a burner!!! After the walking cardio it felt like I will pass out but the feeling once its done is unmatchable. Thanks for the awesome workout Emi❤
    Day 2: Just got done doing the first ab workout video mentioned in the schedule and woah my abs were dead by the end of the second set but I pushed through the whole workout coz as Emi says no pain no gain! Thanks for this amazing workout Emi❤ Now gonna go and do the standing abs video as per the schedule!
    Day 2 done✅
    Day 3: I'm just starting my fitness journey this year and my legs were so sore that it hurts really badly while sitting or moving my legs and it's even worse while walking. So I took an active rest day today coz I felt that my body needed it and I wanna go on my own pace otherwise it makes me hate working out and I fall out of the routine. I took a break today but I was active throughout the day and my total step count was 7k+

    I want to lose weight this year so I'll try to accomplish this 2 weeks challenge first. This will serve as my calendar throughout the year of my fitness journey!💜✨
    Started: April 17, 2023
    Challenge: abs in 2 weeks
    Day 1: ✅ feels great!✨
    Day 2: ✅ sore but I felt more energized after the workout
    Day 3: ✅ proud of myself💜finished everything without stopping✨
    Day 4: ✅ Tough! My arms and abs felt the burn but I made it💜
    Day 5: ✅ Done!
    Day 6: ✅ The exercises are getting easier. I feel that my strength has improved💜✨
    Day 7: ✅ I feel happy because in my mind I finished a week in the challenge!
    Day 8: ✅ Not that motivated but I pushed through
    Day 9: ❌ Had to take a break because I wasn't feeling well
    Day 10: ✅ Completed! Tiring because I also did the day 9 workout. I can already see the result in the tummy. It has slimmed down a bit💜✨

    Day 12: ❌ had an event at school
    Day 13:❌ outing with the fam

    First Challenge done! ✨ Throughout this challenge, I really felt the joy of doing the workouts. I always didn't notice that it'll be finished soon and I'm just enjoying the entire thing. Emi's "No Pain No Gain" is becoming my mantra haha and it really helps me to keep moving💜✨

    Day 1: ✅ Done! It was hard! I was sweating a lot but can see that I'm improving. My body feels stronger than it was before. I enjoyed the full-body workout!💜✨

    Day 3: ✅ Didn't have much motivation today but still finished it. My body feels tired maybe because I lack sleep. >///<
    Day 4: ❌ I got my anti-cervical cancer shot so I couldn't do the workouts. The doctor advised me to rest and not do extreme activities for 48 hours.

    Day 6: ✅ Yey! Happy to share that I finished 3 days of workouts here on day 6. I rested 5-10 mins between workouts to catch my breath and rest haha✨

    A month of doing Emi's workout really helped me to push myself to do things I don't believe that I can. Losing weight is not really easy. I need to control my food intake and strictly discipline myself. I need to mentally fight people's comments like "You're just wasting your time", "You won't lose weight." Good thing that I learned to ignore such negativities and just do what I must do. 💜✨
    Thank you, Emi, you really motivated me to work hard and come this far. 💜✨
    Sadly, I'll take a 2 weeks break from the workouts 'cause I need to prepare for my thesis defense, final requirements, and final exams. >///

    Been doing all her ab workouts for 3 weeks and the workouts have gotten so much easier to do I use to have to pause the video but now I can get through the whole video with 10 second rest and it’s helped me with my weights like squats and deadlifts I can tell my core is getting so much stronger

    Starting this workout on 8th May, 2023.
    hello my goal is to have abs, I already have a flat stomach and I'm also doing other workouts from Emi and another channel. hoping this challenge shows me results soon I'll try update this everyday
    Day 1 ☑ : felt so exhausted but accomplished
    Day 2 ☑ : my bff started joining me so we will see how this goes for the both of us we were really tired after the workout so yeah see you all tmrw
    Day 3 ☑ : we did the workouts but i just forgot to update this so yeah
    Day 4 ☑ : its getting easier might not do day 5 as i feel real sick not bc of workouts tho
    Day 5 ❌ : did some boxing exercises
    Day 6 ❌ : nope was too lazy
    Day 7 ❌ : did some martial art exercises
    one week mark can i see any abs no but i did take 3 break days soo but i can see something forming so maybe next week i probably see something
    day 8 ☑ : done
    day 9 ☑ : done
    day 10 ☑ : done not seeing any results yet so yea
    i am kind of taking a break for the month so i will see how this goes next month so yeah

    starting this may 10 2023.
    i wont say my age but im under 18 and my goal is to have a flat stomach and im also doing some of emi's other workouts and i hope i can achieve my goals. i will update everyday and share my progress. every day for a year or more hopefully i remember to update this!
    Day 1: ✅ Felt the burn! 🔥 🔥 🔥 so exhausted but i did it
    Day 2: i got injured and cant do day 2 🥲
    Day 3: still a bit injured but i will definitely start again tomorrow

    Hii! I’m starting this from today along with her inner thigh workout and thigh workout. But before I update I’ll let you know that I’ve been working out since 2 years but every time my demotivation would take over me and I’d stop and continue again but fail every time! It’s been always hard for me to loose weigh or fat, but this time I won’t quit!
    Day1: ✅ happy i did all three workouts with ofc a little break in between but quit 3 workouts from the ab one:( but I’ll try harder tomorrow. And I’m literally walking like a penguin 😭
    Day 2: ✅! I keep limping here and there and did all the workouts! And also the 2 thigh workouts too and my thigh did felt a nice burn that every time emi said “ I know you feel a great burn in your thigh” I’d yell out loud that I DONT FEEL MY THIGH RN😭

    Starting this workout on 8th May, 2023. Will update everyday!
    Day 1 ☑ : Felt so good after working out and felt a burn in the belly area. I'm excited for this challenge!
    (Took a 1 day break due to periods)
    Day 2 ☑: The V sit-ups felt so much easier today, this workout is doable yet challenging!
    Day 3: ☑ This workout becomes easier day by day and the boat hold was like a piece of cake!
    Day 4: ☑ I did this workout after many days so it was a little challenging and I was clearly feeling the burn in my belly!
    Day 5: ☑ I did this workout after a gap of 3 days and today it was quite challenging, especially the elbow planks
    Day 6: ☑Proud of doing this today when I didn't feel like doing. I have visible traps and that makes me so happy!
    Day 7: ☑ Yay I have made half way through. I have visible upper abs and it feel damn good
    Day 8: ☑ Felt so good after this workout!
    Day 9:☑Finished with the workout and I feel so good

    happy new year! i’m trying to better myself this year, and attempted this workout. I’m going to be doing this workout for 2 months and updating while i go!
    Day 1: Holy moly that was so hard but i pushed through with only 2 five second breaks! I had to modify a few exercises but for the most part I followed. Very proud of myself!
