Cleat position tip

Hi Guys! Good Day I decided to make this video after seeing a number of people that I’m working with via free online fitting that needs their cleat position adjusted. This tips will apply for Shimano / Look / Xpedo / Garmin / Favero / ISIS Pedal systems. as for speed play the fore aft and medial lateral movement is the same
