I am from Ukraine. Thanks a lot for this exercises ! Looks great ! It seems to me, that for very begginer they are the best! Great job! Short and very useful video! I wish yoy to reach 100000 subscribers next year ! You are able to do this with such content!
Super useful, thanks! I've recently been getting into movement training and it feels much more interesting that normal workouts, plus the cool movements that is unlocked with one's body is a huge incentive and bonus
You've been doing these for so long your dog didn't even care. My neighbor dog would get excited and confused when I do the exercise outside. This is not for beginner and it does require stretches after or the muscle will get sore for days. Are you living in Thailand ?
"as a bloody beginner" is not the right use of the phrase! You're basically saying, "As a damned beginner" or "As a stupid beginner". I think you meant "as a very beginner."
@@einsteinorwell I can see saying something like, "This bloody beginner didn't know to re-rack the weights after using them. So rude!" But that's the only way. Anyway, he made a good video and English isn't his native language. So, I'm not complaining. I'm actually trying to help him with his already bloody good English! lol
Thanks for your feedback guys. Unlike you, I'm not a native speaker. I think I heard this phrase once by connor mcgregor xD complete or absolute beginner is definitely better. Thanks for the help!

From a more mature person with some movement limitations I am greatly appreciative of your breaking these moves down into their simplest parts 🙏

Complete newbie. I like the idea of this instead of stretching that I detest. I will give it a go!

I think he meant as an absolute beginner.
@@einsteinorwell Yes, that works, too. But 'bloody' does not work in either British, Australian or American English.
@@alfenito I agree. English is my native language and "bloody beginner" doesn't sound right.
