This channel is for those, who want to improve their day to day life in terms of productivity, health, fitness, minimalism, mindset...and much more.
Why do I go swimming in a river in winter before everyone else is awake?
Why did I sell most of my stuff?
How do I manage, do be productive in a world with thousands of distractions trying to get our attention?
How did I became: flexible, strong and learned skills that seem impossible to achieve?
If you want to find answers to those questions, subscribe to my channel and find out, how to create a mindset that matters to you.
My goal is to inspire you to work on yourself by documenting what I'm doing. My way does not have to be your way. Don't copy my lifestyle. Find your own. This is a fountain of inspiration.
Bruce Lee said: "Take what is useful, neglect what is useless, and add what is uniquely your own."
I´m Theo and this is my mindset.
I´m glad you our joining and accompany me on my path of life.
Much love and respect,
Theo.

Happy to hear you got something to enjoy and work on! Yeah you can do it multiple times a day :) Norway must be beautiful! I’ll come and host a movement workshop in Oslo in August. If you would like to join send me an email at hello@mindsetoftheo.de to get more info :)
Ur teaching is wow

Capoeira
Not really, this is more animal flow and movement play. Capoeira is a bit different. Even though it’s all the same: movement 😁👍🏻
What is that flow?
It is a random set of different parts of animal flow and my own functional movement patterns. If you interested to learn more about them, check my video “animal flow beginner moves” that’s where you can learn the basics ☺️
No drugs?
Movement is my drug 👍🏻
So entertaining to watch! Gotta join you guys for some good training again soon!
So good! Thanks for helping me out ❤
thanks ❤
Hello Theo, amazing video! I am training calisthenics with some friends and I am introducing to them some movements that I'm learning with you. I've just seen the video of the 4 movements you need and I liked the suggestion of doing the beast + the kick + the crab. I will also try this one that you share in this video! Thank you Theo!
Great to hear you’re spreading the word and having an active lifestyle with your friends Gabriel! Thanks a lot for your support 💪🏻 Keep moving 👍🏻
Monkey
bruh
I’ve seen this before by someone else and tried it once. Said not me butter bean. No after seeing it again it’s done got me tired.
I can still remember first videos live on IG, when you were in germany 4 years ago, in the midst of pandemic. Talking about books you were reading (and thanks for that i read several of your suggestions) i can see the effort you put into your projects in those years. Thank you for being around Theo! Wish you all the best for your future.
Wow that’s such a great comment to read! Thanks so much for your support Andre. 👍🏻 This comment made my day 🙏🏻
New subscriber here😊. Is it safe to try for 40+ age group?
Hello Farah! Thanks for the support 💪🏻👍🏻 Yes it’s never too late! Check my recent uploaded video to get started or click link in the description for a 6 week beginner program 💪🏻
The algorithm brought me here. Great video, gonna try them out.
Happy to hear! Enjoy your practice and feel free to reach out if you get stuck 💪🏻👍🏻
Thanks for sharing :)
Happy you like it!
"as a bloody beginner" is not the right use of the phrase! You're basically saying, "As a damned beginner" or "As a stupid beginner". I think you meant "as a very beginner."
I think he meant as an absolute beginner.
@@einsteinorwell Yes, that works, too. But 'bloody' does not work in either British, Australian or American English.
@@alfenito I agree. English is my native language and "bloody beginner" doesn't sound right.
@@einsteinorwell I can see saying something like, "This bloody beginner didn't know to re-rack the weights after using them. So rude!" But that's the only way. Anyway, he made a good video and English isn't his native language. So, I'm not complaining. I'm actually trying to help him with his already bloody good English! lol
Thanks for your feedback guys. Unlike you, I'm not a native speaker. I think I heard this phrase once by connor mcgregor xD complete or absolute beginner is definitely better. Thanks for the help!
can you train my son too
This is what I need, thank you for sharing😍💪
Thanks so. much
Great exercises to warm up !!!!
Ok

He said he wanted to touch the floor with his balls.
