I used to believe that fruit doesn't make you gain weight until it happened to me. I started eating a high raw diet composed of morning and mid day fruit and then a salad at night. My weight started going up and it was very hard to go down. I have never had this problem until it dawned on me. So I am going back to less fruit and more salads. Though this is true, it can only happen to people who were already eating healthy. If you have been eating junk food and you change to only fruit, you'll lose weight drastically.

Ive lost 31kg and as lean and muscular as ever by eating a high protien including pinapple! Pinapple has been a win win for killing inflammation and stripping fat also lots of micro nutrients and tastes amazing we are ment to eat foods full of light! God given food free food if you grow your own 😊
This is great but Eddie’s advice is targeted at people who are insulin resistant not everyone. As a result, where you may see body fat loss with Pineapple, people with moderate to extreme cases of insulin resistance wouldn’t. Keep it though 👍🏽

You can eat fruit as long as you have it with fats to suppress the effect on insulin spiking. Have an apple with alomd butter, or fruit with eggs/ avocado/ steak etc. It will be fine.
I don't eat refined sugars and do Intermittent fasting, lift heavy and fat percentage has gone from 23% to 15% in 6 months.. When it comes to fruits, I have black berries, Avocados, Guavas or one Mango every single day, natural fibre in them greatly helpi my digestion/elimination. I haven't had an aspirin or a panadol in 24 years now meaning my immune system is strong. My testosterone levels are at a higher range. Only supplements I have is vitamin D and protein.

The health benefits of fiber in fruit generally offset any adverse effects of fructose. That is a fact, not an option. The fructose in processed food is a different story. Cut out processed food and added sugar to be healthy and lose weight.
I eat one day and have nothing the next day but one sitting of varied fruit in the morning i eat water melon pomegranate seeds blueberry (for there lycopene) and wheatgrass drink and banana with me having nothing but this on my days off with not eating my liver only has to process this fruit on that day nothing else and i eat the fruit in one sitting so i only have one insulation spike in none eating days so my keytones start buiding back up in the afternoon and night this works for me i have five organic eggs meat and fish a day no carbs on eating days but small amount of veg i have tinned tomatoes on none eating days more lycopene also i think fruits are fantastic for detoxing your body and are well worth eating to stay fit and free from cancer as they also contain lycopene which is good for hair nails skin heart and even prostate health so i dont think im over taxing my liver doing it this way with only eating fruit on none eating days great video i think fruits have great health benifits if taken in moderation carbs just refined carbs spike insulin and just get stored keep them out of your diet meaning bread pasta ect eat veg and intermittent fast to lose weight ive found that worked very well for me and cleans out your body's dead cells and clearing out your arteries ortofagy using keytones for brain and body fuel makes you feel great and focused x

Fruits are low in calories, calories convert into energy. It's impossible for low calorie foods to such as fruit to put weight on you, as low calories equal low calorie conversion to energy storage. If you had a "blocked up liver" as this guy claims you would be looking at liver failure.

I think it's possible fruit, because nowadays they're full of sugar, increasing insulin hormones, may cause fat gain but not to any significant degree. when I was on an animal-based high-carb diet, over 200g of fructose a day, inspired by Paul Saladino, I still remained lean. but i absolutely agree with you that it's insulin resistance which is the problem, not eating too much food, for obesity. Refined and processed carbohydrates are the real cause of insulin resistance. But that is not to say whole carbohydrates can't, that's not my claim. I don't know if that's possible anyway, but it's unlikely.
