It’s not just about energy in terms of fat having more than carbohydrates. You are looking at the macro instead of the micro elements. Also fat is a general term and should be broken down, I.e. saturated, unsaturated, polyunsaturated, monounsaturated, etc
Don’t yoghurt have other elements to preserve it on the fridge shelves? Are they good for our body? Or is the one used freshly produced?
Are the ingredients in there good for the gut? Better than other yoghurt alternatives though I’ll give that better than low fat (debatable)

Most people don’t have time for this in the western world to make stuff themselves, hence why larger corporations found the demand and provided the supply.
Time, money, convenience for most people but some stuff like Yogurt is not a necessity, only very rarely should it be consumed.
Those same nutrients may be available in other more less processed stuff.
Also he has rarely mentioned about herbs, natural medicinal properties which have been on earth for centuries in Asia, Caribbeans, Africa etc.

What a waste of good information because
it is in a disgusting potty mouth package few people can use.
Also, sometimes building muscle fast can be detrimental to stress levels etc, it should be building muscle and maintaining a healthy metabolic state and visceral fat proportions in the appropriate time which requires adequate recovery (most people overtrain sometimes).
Fasting is very good though and that’s something many people mention way before him… training fasted etc so big up to him on that one 🫡
