    I lost around 10 kgs with a simple diet that my coach told me to. I used to eat normal roti and rice on a regular basis . Added green tea to my diet and ofcourse protien such Chicken and Mutton too. Kept the sugar intake low . Had cheat meals every 3 weeks. Yes the result will take time. But enjoy life too. And yes workout

    I just want to say a big thanks to you. Earlier after trying out many diet regimens i had given up hope on any diet of sorts. But watching your video inspired me and i gave one last shot. I did IF with Keto for 10 days now and have easily lost 5 kgs. Now my weight loss goals dont seem so unrealistic anymore :-)

      @@rahuja3872 m sorry but i dont have the exact diet plan with me currently. But the thing is, diet plans vary from person to person depending upon body type and dietary preferences and goals. I had followed the basic points outlined in this video. For keto, its better if you cook your own meals. That way you can really track the carbs. Remember, for carb calculation every small thing matters, even the oil, garlic etc.

    Ranveer, weight goes off super fast on a low carb diet. After leaving wheat, weight reduces much faster .
    But when u start eating wheat again, weight increases rapidly. Your body is not used to wheat and gluten since you reduced the intake drastically.
    I guess, going a little slow on weight loss journey and eating carbs is better than leaving all carbs and reducing drastically within lesser time.
    Could you please give your opinion over this?

    The faster you lose weight the easier is to gain it again. I have tried all methods and I can tell with certainty that the slow steady weight loss is the most efficient.

    so a day ago i quit keto diet. I was combining it with IF which I've been doing for a year now. Yes keto is one of the hardest diet that i've ever been through but combining it with IF was magic. I lost 6 kgs in 7 days, however i started feeling very very lethargic as the week progressed, i'M aware that this usually solves itself in two to three weeks but Im preparing for GRE and the lack of mental focus in the initial week was something that i just could'nt afford, so I had to quit. Now bare in mind im not criticizing keto and IF in anyway, but i though people should know about it. And remember this was just my experience and everyone is different. As a conclusion ill say that i've felt the power of keto and IF, you are rewarded for all the sacrifices you make in this. Finally , Ranveer Thaankyou for this channel of yours man, you are on the way up bro and along with you all are your followers, keep up the good work bro.

      Eat daal, ghee Ghar ka khana which is simple and sufficient. Imagine your nana dada they are more fit than us. Because they ate simple and move there body more than us. Don't fall for fancy diets like these keto sheto. They are temporary. Diet should be life long. Not for few months.

    i lost 5 kgs in 20 days without any exercise
    Breakfast= Dates(5),pistha(5),wallnuts(5),badam(3)
    Or 4 idli
    Or 1 pesarattu (little oil)
    Lunch= 2 chapathi and curry (any curry try to eat more curry with less chapathi prefer green vegetable curries,avoid potato curry)
    Dinner= oats with water
    Or
    3 bananas and pistha(5)
    Or 2 boiled eggs
    This may sound weird as i mentioned numbers but this is exactly my meal
    Note= Everything should be eaten only between 9 am to 5pm only ( early morning 1 glass honey lemon water and at 6 pm one cup green tea should be taken)
    If you want to eat Chicken prefer grilled one
    Drink lots of water whenever you feel hungry
    Don't touch sweets or rice at any cost
    Intially before starting calculate your Calorie requirement in google and then see that you are always deficit to that number,that's it keep going all the best

    I have watched your video and really liked it, but I wanna ask you 3 question to clarify my doubts. 1.What about the amount of hydration, should I drink proper water or consume less water to be little bit dehydrated which can effectively lower my water weight? 2.What should be the amount of sleep, ie. should I sleep properly or little less to burn more and more calories? 3. What would be the effect of getting more and more sweaty, as we all know fat comes out of body in forms of oil through sweat. in that case will it be okay to take steam bath? Expecting your quick reply....

      Bro beerbiceps is might busy so I think he cannot reply you but as I saw many videos about muscles, fats and all I will try to answer your questions -
      1- Drinking water doesn't affect or effect you body cuz water contains 0 fats.
      2- You should sleep more to burn your fat and other advantage of sleep is it will increase your height so you should sleep at least 14-15 hours.
      3- As you wrote in comment that fat comes out of body in forms of oil through sweat, i agree sweat comes out and reduces fat but it reduces less fat from our body but it depends on your workout when we do workout fat comes out from our body but slowly so it proves that little quantity of fat.
      BTW sorry for late reply after 4 years 😅😅

    Too long video, only three Step for weight loss
    1) Calorie deficit (the only requirement for weight loss, use calorie counting apps)
    2) resistance training to maintain muscle so you don't end up skinny fat during your step 1
    3) Optimum protein to maintain muscles so you don't even up skinny-fat during your step 1

    5 kg in 1 week. seriously. 5kg means 38,580 calories. can you burn these much calories without consuming extra if yes then its possible else you are just losing water weight which you will gain instantly. People, please save yourself from such scam. its long process you just need to be consistent and patient.

    I did not watch this video before my weight loss journey..but whatever he said about intermittent fasting is true. I can vouch for it..I am 89.1 from 94.5 ..started it on jul 1 , 2020. Will keep this thread posted for next 6 months

    I love paleo just started, and plan on doing it for life. It's actually not as restrictive for me, because I'm not a big bread or pasta eater anyway. I did keto for a little while but I enjoy fruit to much. So paleo has been a whole lot better for me.     If people around you ( Family member / something) say eat some dessert, You're not fat not going to be fat on the other hand they're fit but I'm getting fat everyday because of people. My diet is being distracted by many ceremonies and functions.. No one is helping but making me fat. 😢

    Stick to a calorie deficit guys. My weight was 90 KGs and i started eating clean as well as doing my best to eat 1000 calories everyday and i lost weight drastically. From february to present day, i weigh 77 KGs. There was a time where i stopped losing weight because of eating low calories which resulted in my metabolism not getting rid of fat so i did spend a whole month trying to eat less but i was not eating clean. I might have gained an additional KG at that time but after that weight loss was constant again. I plan to bring my weight down to 73 and confidently following a low calorie lifestyle will help anybody reach their goals. Just make sure you count what you are eating and you'll be good.

    Cutting carbs will make u lose water weight, you'll get all the water weight back once u eat carbs again, & it's not practical to stay on a low carb/keto diet for the long term cz without carbs you'll be in a bad mood, & that's the last thing u want
