The only thing that stopping from making it is the new regulations that allow single-family homes to be subdivided into multifamily complexes. Truly, this is a complex topic that needs a lot of research. But I’ll do my best to have something else this winter the ridiculous process.

You're right. Nanaimo Hospital did have issues. They have taken steps to change it, but won't be a full-service hospital for another 7 to 10 years. It lacks the latest cardiac technology so you have to be flown to Victoria, when it might too late.
just wondering if you know that CPI being flatish doesn't mean prices have come down? they are simply going up at a slower rate, so not clear that should lead to a reduction in house prices. take care

We've noticed, we're trying to GTHO of Nanaimo and move to Victoria. The downtown area has its problems, but the north end is pretty lame in its own way. The people are provincial, tawdry, and ooze with complacency. It's been an enormous mistake. You should know what you're getting yourselves into it, it's very much small town life.
