I always find it rather ironic that the OLD Quarter is the cheapest place in Nanaimo, as it's definitely my favourite location in the city to live.
c1900 era heritage homes have always been my thing and I love that one is within easy walking distance access to pretty much everything, including the harbour-front, restaurants, cafes, parks, etc.
Harewood hasn’t been bad since the 90’s there is more crime in the north end now . Been here for 35 years
Thanks for the video. So a little bit cheaper than Toronto, but not by a huge deal 🙂
It’s all relative. It’s much cheaper if you’re from Vancouver or Dubai 🤦🏻♂️
We may visit in the summer to look at neighbourhoods but our budget won’t go far at all.
Well, as long as they don’t reduce mortgage rates, we should see prices staying low for a little bit longer. But yes, we are still seeing home prices well above the national average. Please feel free to reach out to me if you want to chat before your visit!!!
Although you didn't include it for obvious reasons, where would Lantzville fall in your affordability list?
When something bad happens it’s called Harewood, when good things heard it’s called University District.😂
Im from interior of BC . I watch these videos because of the scenery .
