hell I actually did it...looks like all that power yoga is paying off so i can do "real" yoga, but i burst into laughter midway through for no reason i dunno what was that lol. I still have grin on my face, this was so good, thank you.

I Started doing this intending to do the full 11 minutes after 3 it was clear that would be unrealistic. Luckily(?) my dog farted right in front of me and I had the perfect excuse to stop. Talk about manifesting your dreams right?
Seriously though, watching and doing this has caused me to think about all the valuable things out there that have previously been off my radar and will be fun to explore.

Hi Parvati, i just did the Breath of Fire w/Lion's Paw and my face and hands were all tingly, is that normal?! I'm adding Kundalini to my Power Vinyasa practice and am not sure what to expect… thanks!
