Thank you so much for sharing this. I do this kriya regularly when I have no other classes planned for the day. Yesterday was such a day. After finishing the last exercise I felt this enormous presence of powerful love. It felt so overwhelming as well physically as mentally, at a certain point I even was afraid my heart would explode if the energy would take over. When it started subsiding I spent about twelve minutes covering my face with my hands and crying tears of joy. It was a fascinating experience. Anyone had familiar ones?

This is amazing video for everyone who really wants to know about kundalini. I myself never could understand what exactly it is until my first experience back in 2015 when I felt the energy rising. At the same time it is very sad that Hinduism which is preserving this spiritual knowledge is being attracted, even an enlightened master as Paramahamsa Nithyananda was fausly accused by people who are against spiritual awakening.
Technically OM is something like the "unpronounceable sound of completed infinity"... While ONG (vibrated in the nasal cavity and head) is the sound of Infinity in its manifest, creative form, and therefore - in this system - the preferred pronunciation/method for chanting. Try it yourself and feel the results/differences.
Wow! To me, it was as powerful as the holographic breathing. It made my whole body vibrate. I really appreciate your advice about using the breath to substitute the need for other stimulants like sugar or caffeine. Can I do all these exercises breathing through my mouth? Breathing through my nose is sometimes not possible because of the intensity. Thank you.
The individual breathing practices within the kriya each have a specific purpose. If you're struggling with a particular breath pattern, I would suggest slowing it down a bit, until you are able to manage it more easily. If, for some reason (such as severe congestion) you are unable to breathe through your nose without a great deal of difficulty, then please go ahead and mouth breath until you're able to breathe through your nose again. Blessings!
