🍍Hey Googan, I'm a big fan of Al Pastor...so this cook here is something that caught my attention...Al Pastor is roasted flap meat piled on a spit.. seasoned with chili peppers & garnished with the Pineapple...but what you did was baste it with hot honey barbecue sauce...sounds delicious!! I'll have to try this!! Good Stuff 👍🏼✌🏼
