Schellea, I've been watching you for over a year now. I just finished the 14-day challenge. I've never looked forward to exercising, but I did with this workout because I knew I was doing something good just for me. You inspire all of us with your enthusiasm and encouragement. You make all of us feel capable of accomplishing whatever we set our minds to, even completing this challenge. I will continue to do some sort of exercise with you each day to tone my 67 year old body. I want to be flexible and fit. Thank you for the inspiration!

I am back to school full time and missing my morning workout already. Created my own workout playlists for after school/early evening so l don't miss out.... This, stretch is just the 10 minutes l need to de-stress and yes it can be done either morning or evening. Fabulous 50s can fit into anyone's changing routine 😊

Day 6 of my 2nd 14 day challenge and feeling good. Although my movement is limited, I surprise myself at how much I can do. 4 small sessions today, but big impact. Thank you Shellea - especially for that lovely voice telling me I’m safe and everything will be ok.....

I'm 53 as of 2 days ago, 52 kg, feeling lighter and have cut sugar complement of my diet though I never added sugar to my tea but I loved my sweets, but it's been 4 month of no sweets expect fruits, plus your daily workouts, I started the broccoli sprouts regime and first day adding frozen broccoli sprouts to my smoothie, my anxiety returned with menopause and those low sad moods but they are getting better each day . I just finished Day 13 of my first 14 day challenge. I was not feeling it today, very distracted, etc. I am so glad I pushed through and did it anyway! When I got to the end of the stretch, when we rubbed our hands together and placed them on our face and then our hearts I got so emotional. That was unexpected 😲 I guess I needed a minute to just center myself with all that is going on in my life right now. Thank you for teaching me how to slow down, give myself self-care, and take a few minutes for me to do something good for myself ❤

this was wonderful; i LOVE to stretch and that is why I do my yoga at night right before bed; I turn the lights off and put on my Lobotomy music and do my stretching in the dark; this way if I open my eyes I am not stimulated by the light; sometimes I end up so relaxed an hour can go by stretching; has truly made a HUGE difference in how flexible I am; my next door neighbor who is 40 said she wanted to be like me when she gets older - STRONG and able to do whatever I need to do; told her it's time to begin her journey now so she can build on it and when she's almost 70, which is how old I am, she will be strong :) I love your videos; so positive and uplifting; THANK YOU :)

I discovered you over a year ago, and go back to you whenever I need exercise which is soothing, calming and positive. This stretching routine is great but I felt it went too fast, I would like to stay in each move just a few seconds longer. Thank you so much
