Marina!!! 💖💐🌹excellent practice for calming down and relaxing, and to restore balance to the body. Yesterday I felt very bad about gastrointestinal infection, and today I woke up without energy. Week 2 Day 6 Done. The sequence was amazing. Thank you. While following your videos, I'm able to do some poses 80 % and some with only 40-50%, but I struggle a lot with pigeon pose. Can you please give me any tips to improve my pigeon pose Marina.
Hello Garima ! Pigeon pose is a very deep hip stretch and many people feel very uncomfortable in this pose. You can bring front shin as close towards you as necessary : so heel comes towards the hip. And I believe your hips might be hovering above the floor (which is very normal and usual): so please place a pillow or blanket or a block under your hips to feel more at ease. You will still feel stretch through the hips. Take your time and stay patient.
Managed to follow along with a bunch of breaks. I have to say I feel really good! But I am probably so out of shape that even this felt hard for me. Is everyone else breezing through this?
