- In this video I will show you how to install the Google Mobile Services and the Google Play Store on most Huawei and Honor phones.
This installation method will work on the following Huawei phones:
Huawei Mate Xs, Huawei Mate 30, Huawei Mate 30 Pro, Huawei P40, Huawei P40 Pro, Huawei P40 Lite, Huawei Y7P, HUAWEI Matepad Pro, Honor 9x Pro
Honor 30
All phones require a somewhat older firmware version for this installation process to work. (Prior to July 2020).

This is the only method of getting the GMS on Huawei at this time. All other methods aren't working. - วิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี
To all of you struggling with returning notifications - just disable your WiFi when installing apks from 'Fix Errors' folder.
This way you won't let Google services to contact remote servers prior to having them replaced with their custom versions.

Thank you Alex. The problem is with push notifications from the various apps. No notifications coming from yahoo mail, Whatsapp, Outlook, Twitter and others.
At what minute of the video should we stop wifi so that there is no problem with the notifications?

Worked for me on Huawei p40 Pro, couldn't get notifications to stop so turned them off and works just fine :) some apps say they will not run without Google services when first loading them up but they do :)

Hi I am using a Huawei P40 Pro. Downgraded the firmware, success to install everything. But Google play services still have error. Have try to repeat the last fix error step for more than 10 times, still not working. Any suggestions?

When you say "try 3 or 4 times" should notifications still keep on coming do you mean try again from the begining ? or restart the steps to get rid of the notifications? (10:06) on your video?. I noticed Google frame work is about 355K when installed from the fix error folder. After the errors start to pop it gets to 620K in side. Is that the problem?!

No.. Just install and uninstalling the service framework and play store apk. Dont forget to Clear cache framework service. Repeat this method until the notification gone.. Good luck brother 😉

Thanks for a great tutorial. Unfortunately, it does not work on a Huwai P 40 lite. Further inside the installation, the menus change so that it is no longer the same as you show in your Tuturial (Your screen) - When I go to the "Backup process" under Apps and search for "Backup" it does not exist!. But you show it nicely and simply that you should be thankful for.

After uninstall microG setting app,my google account was also delete from user&accounts and can not add google account again, any help please
Try Reset your phone then repeat the method or simply do the method in which u require a PC or an OTG PenDrive

You should add the 2nd account right after you add the first one

Didn't work for me. The error started after uninstalling the backup file. I kept getting an error message saying there was a newer version available. I am glad it seemed to work for some though

uninstall the google services, reinstall the fix, delete data from google framework, restart phone, then uninstall fix, and reinstall google services

Got it working though had to turn off notifications. So should all the steps need be done or only the last step, to have it working perfectly if the first try did not work? I assume the system still consumes a bit more power then it is working but there are notifications disabled compared to when there are none.

Same for me with P40....any idea how to fix?
try again, my p40 lite freeze and reset few times, but on the end all works, I blocked notification with error: "This device isn't play protect certified' and now all works.

You have to copy from backup folder Huawei folder to root of internal memory. And backupapp will automaticaly detect back up

Hi! I've been having some issues with this. Firstly thank you, it was quite helpful. However the notifications keep popping up and I do the fix error all over again. But after a while it comes back again. How can I sort it once and for all?
I found no matter what I do I get notifications so I have just blocked them. For anyone trying to use Maps and it just crashes out then uninstall and reinstall framework service file and your good to go. Thank you for vid. Using a p40 lite e

it works one of the 10, but even after I uninstalled this, I was unable to get rid of notifiacations

Just got mine, delivered with .137, followed your procedure and no issues at all, no downgrading needed. The only hiccup was at the end, I was getting notifications of not being play protect verified, can't install, but I manually stopped that single notification and everything has been fine. Even migrated my apps over with the Play store, no issue, updated, no issues. Many thanks for your work here. It's crazy how you figured this out. All those steps. I just followed everything you did click for click.
you can potentially just block that notification and it won't show anymore...shouldn't affect anything
@@RedskullPro Yeah, manually stopped that one and all is working great, no issues. Still transferring my music over phone clone (like 100GB). Next step is to remove the bloatware and then I can actually use the phone.
@@RedskullPro Google Maps doesn't work. The app just shuts down after a few seconds. Tried uninstall, clearing data, reinstall, no change.
Edit: restarted a few times, one time in between it stayed on long enough to download a map (which showed a blank space in the select map screen). I restarted the phone a few times and it finally worked. Just no voice prompts. The voice is there, as I did a test, but it won't give prompts.
@@RedskullPro Now that it's all up and running, could I remove Google Account Manager and that G app that has all the Chinese writing? Also maps with voice navigation works, but it requires somehow to have google assistant installed and Google search. Only then was I able to get voice assistance, but even then it was hit or miss

Just install petal search and then search APKPURE and install it... Im using nova7i and it works very well 😊😊😊

i was getting 1 notification also, what i did open the notification swipe left then a little setting button pops up click on it, and unchecked not to get notification.

This is what I'm having issues with. I got it working but the next morning I woke up to a notification for a huawei update (although it hadn't been installed), and the notifications have started coming back again :(

Hi mate. Can you confirm that banking apps work ok after the fix for the play store. Just a bit concerned as I've heard on some phones that using methods like this doesn't always work. I had a P30 Pro and loved it. Best phone I've ever had. Would of got the P40 if it had play store by default. I'm using a Samsung galaxy S20 plus at moment but apart from the 120hz screen I would much prefer my Huawei back!

I have the Google services required to do bits but doesn't stop functionality of the phone.
I would like to sign into google photos somehow, is this possible or will I have to wipe phone and start again and if I do that and sign in to google then change to push or is there a switching app to do this, I just want to backup my photos to google from my old Samsung.

@Redskull Hello, help please. After first step and install the backup appear to my home screen two icons, one is the backup and the other is g app (with Chinese letters) when I press the second one to open it wrote me a message that my phone currently not supported. I have p40 pro.

Hello Fabian. I continue getting notifications after all steps. Have the same device. Have you downgraded the FW Version in addition to this video? It's a nightmare for me: struggling with this problem the whole day
@@vitalynalivaika1265 @Vitaly Nalivaika Yes, first of all i did a downgrad from FW 236 to FW 117. After that i installed the Google Services as shown in the video. It did not work on first try. I had to repeat the last steps several times till it worked without notifications. Repeat the Steps as shown from minute 10:00 . Be patient. For me this Method worked like a charm. After succesfully installing the google services i did an update back to FW 236 an everything is still working fine.

so, at the end of the day, is it better to use this method or stick to huawei eco-system and use gspace for the few non working apps?
