Hi ! Are the notifications working well on the google apps. For example, when you have wifi at a public spot- I had a problem previously, although it eas many years back that I could only sign in using the chinese browser . Couldn't do with Chrome even though I had it as default browser. Hope this is not so. Really hope when the Global rom is available, we will be able to flash it over.

Im glad you drop this video because people ask me all the time is it hard to add app. And i would say no and yea lol but only during the setup process but after that it like any other phone.

I have one question please, I'm planning to import a realme device from China with Chinese ROM into US, will the same process apply? Any apps that won't get uninstalled without having to root the device? One more last thing, have you had to pay customs or taxes in the UK upon getting your device delivered? Thanks again..

Hello Average Dad! This was an excellent video I will be watching it again unless you have anymore inside rumors on the Honor V2 global release to the USA? I'm curious about how USA banking apps would work. Cause although getting this phone cheaper with the Chinese ROM would be great it wouldn't do me any good if I couldn't use my insurance and banking apps.

Banking apps will be fine, all UK ones work and Chase bank! not tried any other American ones for obvious reasons 😃

Hello again Average Dad, I’ve taken the plunge and gone for the Honor Magic V2 Chinese Rom from Wonda. Thanks for a brilliant set up vid. I’ll be using when my device arrives. Just one question, will I be able to transfer any photos and files from my i phone 14 Pro Max to the Honor at all please? How would I go about this with a Chinese Rom phone? I don’t want to lose files and photos. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks. Iain

Additional question: I plan on using the OnePlus 12, a phone where I can activate Google services, does this mean it will automatically add Google Play Store in my phone?

Got a wee question I can get the magic v2 ultimate using your link for around £1700. Now sounds a lot so my question if I wait until mid September when I would hope they are available for delivery in the uk do you think the price will go up by a few hundred quid? what about the delayed notifications on my vivo x90 pro some apps dont even come through for like half an hour late or not even at all any fix?

Check the bands, Mix Fold seems to have less compatible bands ( at least in my region)

Hmmm watching this makes me think maayyybe. Just maybe. I can swing it and get a Vivo X fold 3 pro (from your wandamobile link of course) and transfer my data from a google pixel 6 pro. Switch my fitbit out for maybe a garmin venu that would work for it and i can have a portable emulation beast again!
Or, do I hold off and wait for the one plus open 2 for an easier time with euro google services?

Google assistant works on every phone in the world... with Chinese Roms you need to use the Google widget or the google assistant app!
