UPDATE 19 AUGUST 2020:
On the step where you add your account 9:33min in video tap Sign In and when phone stuck in Sign In screen(if not continue tap Next until it stuck in Sign In) leave it and open recent apps button and install Google Services Framework from files. Open again Sign In screen and account should be added check in settings.
If You have Huawei P40 Pro 147 Firmware, you need to downgrade or G app will not work.

If You have Huawei P40 Pro 147 Firmware, you need to downgrade or G app will not work.
At 16:00 , there is the warning at my P40 Pro. And the Google Play service app can not be forced stop (the button is hidden). It looks like the Google Services app Mod 1 is not suitable for my phone. I have reset 3 times and stuck at the step.

I have issue when I enable "private space" - it immediately starts notifying me that GMS is having problems. But only at private space, so when disable it it works great. Is there any possibility to get my private space work properly?

This step by step guide really helps after several tries! Must be patient to really follow every single step. P40 pro is the best phone!
This guide worked on 10/08/2020 on my P40 Pro. But the Google play protect error was coming and all my banking apps refused to work, and shut down immediately after opening. The reason was that the Google Play services that was installed was outdated.
The fix was to install "PLAY SERVICES INFO (UPDATE)" from the Play Store, which I used to update all my Google services to the latest version including 1. Google Play Services, 2. Google Play Store and 3. Google Services Framework.
Still "your device is not play protected" error came, for which I stopped the notifications.
I now regularly check "PLAY SERVICES INFO (UPDATE)" app to see if Google has updated any of the GMS apps so I too can update them.
Also I am so happy System Hacks method, allowed to have Push notifications from all the apps too.

It's really important to change the date, before installing the apps from the files folder and before opening the chineese app, change the date to 1 or 2 monthes earlier, before opening play store, check if it's already opened, clear it from memory, change the date to "automatically get the date", open play store. Remember, each time before opening play store, change the date to actual date and time.
This worked for me, no more annoying google play protect and action required popups
after all the steps is done, can we uninstall the chinese app?

Thank you so much! You are a life saver! Just few notes for others, my EMUI version is 10.1.0.145 and it works for me! Make sure you check you date before install （one month before as in video), and check again before you launch play store (needs to be current date time). In my case the installer doesn't change date/time for me so i had to check every time.
Same version but Lzplay says my phone is unsupported so it doesn't matter if you change dates. Huawei p40 lite E
Just spent 7 hrs trying to do this and it worked. If you go wrong it's all about changing the dates frm present to past as when you press the G app it always as to be the past date and once your of it change it to the present day n visa versa. If you mess a step up you'll have to reset and start again as I did lol. MEDIA PAD M6 10. 8" HAS GOOGLE PLAY, HAPPY DAYS.
This is a big help! I managed to setup Google Play on my Mate 30 using this guide. Also, I noticed that adding multiple google account is no longer working after the August 19 update. If you have time, you might want to look into it. Thanks for the guide and God bless!

Pedro, tens de fazer reset outra vez e fazer tudo tal e qual como ele faz. Também só consegui à 4a ou 5a tentativa. Escrevi todos os passinhos num papel e em cada passo ia vendo a data. Sempre que clicas no "G" e instalas algo tens de ter a data antes de 26 de Julho. É preciso muita paciência mas está a funcionar até hoje para mim sem problemas 😊

I tried this on the Huawei Matepad 10.4 model BAH3-L09 (Build Version 10.1.0.150). Followed the instruction including the dates, but always get stuck in the blue button after the clicking the "G". I have not seen a fix for this model yet :(

I’ve followed the instructions, have removed SIM but when I try and use the Browser Sign in for my Google Account, I get an error saying “Couldn’t Sign In, There was a problem communicating with Google Servers, Try again later”.
To test, I was able to log straight into Gmail through the Browser app, so no issues with my actual Google Password. Please help.

@@BLmundo if your banking apps, Gmail don't work can download the latest version of Google play services from the Play store. That's what I did and all aps now work perfectly. Though at the beginning of launching certain apps like Gmail and maps it say this app will not work due to no Google play services installed on device. After pressing ok few times, the app works flawlessly.

Factory reset my phone and ran through everything smoothly, when I tried to open Lzplayer it pops up with a message and kicks me out of the app. Sim card is out and date is set to June, using a p40 lite. Checked error messages and says device not supported

Followed the instal but at your time line 9:46 every time I try and log into my Google account it send confirmation to another device, i say yes and then the Matepad Pro says "couldn't sign in, there was a problem communicating with Google Servers". I have tried many times & each time fails. ANy ideas please? Signing in via browser on pad. Thank you!

You need to add account with second apk Bypass_FRP-1.0.apk check update in video description.

Hello. I've tried your method few times and didn't know what went wrong every time. After 3-5 tries I've noticed that my phone doesn't update date time at opening play store app. After doing it manually it worked. :3

For those whose device displayed "Error retrieving information from server. DF-DFERH-01", try to upgrade google play services by using The Aurora Store. That's how it worked for me. THX a million @system hacks

I'm not factory reset my phone (current version is 131), so it only works until this step 11:30, the next step will break the GMS.
After that, I just disable the GSF using Multitool to stop the notification, and done. At least the app I need can run now. Playstore still working, but I will use Aurora instead (just afraid it can break the GMS again).
It's amazing. It work for my P40 pro without factory reset of my phone. Just remember follow the steps and change the time before click to the "G".
I do have 1 question, after installed this, can I still update my Huawei firmware if any new version available?

When I have to add an account, I press Google and it just gets back and does nothing. Tried clicking a few times, same situation. When I tried signing in using FRP Bypass, it says: "There was problem communicating with Google servers" and after pressing next, app closes automatically and throws me in a home screen.

It's WORKING 200%, just follow the steps as recommended.
Also, if you have multiple google's account, add all of them in the step where he asked to add the first google account, cause we cant do it after that, at least we start all the steps one more time every time we want to add a new google account.
And, if you copy data from an old device, keep a backup file of the old, and also one of P40 with the data

On the step where you add your account if you see that message "There was problem communicating with Google servers" just continue tap on Next button(maybe 100 times). If it not proceed go back readd account and again continue tap Next after message. When it proceed Sign In open recent apps and install next app Google services framework, open again settings and your account should be added.
