What is the name of zinc supplement? I didnt see it in your notes?
Dr. Liu, I have both genes for hemachromatosis-one from my father and a different one from my mother. It’s very important that you share with your viewers, which iron test to ask their doctor for. I was told I didn’t have it. But the wrong test had been done. Now, my son has been tested and told he doesn’t have it. Since I have both genes, wouldn’t he have to either have hemochromatosis or be a carrier? Could you suggest any books on the subject? I have lots of questions, especially concerning aerobic exercise. Thank you for your time. I’m a subscriber.

Can banana nice cream release more of its fructose cause the fibre has been chopped down to minute particles via the blender? Does banana nice cream resemble fructose in processed food as a result?
No. Bananas are already extremely easy to digest, and the blender isn't doing much better than your teeth would if you chewed the bananas thoroughly (which you should. Chew your food!)
The benefit of fiber isn't hiding the sugar from your system, you're still getting exactly what's in the fruit, just at a slower rate. As long as you're consuming the whole fruit you're not worse off even if it's blended.

I consume a lot of fruit. One of the plant based doctors says to keep fruit low as it can contribute to higher triglycerides. Is that true with whole fruit?

Technology is supposed to be something that is overall, benignly helpful. It's ironic that it seems to be trapping us in a downward spiral to become its slave. If we could all stop and think for a minute about what we're eating, doing, wanting or needing, we might reconsider all the lawnmowers, cruise ships, and resource consumption. In a sense, technology is robbing us of sustainability for fun and profit.
