Just loaded this up on my HD TV, lovely clear picture of the process. What about this new UV primer being used? Granted you are not a fast turn around shop.
We offer a UV Putty and Primer which if you are interested then I'm more than happy to come down and do a demonstration for you. Let me know and we can arrnage a date.
We are using the csr. Have tried the flow coat and 525-00 along with others. For us it’s csr every time. We only do restoration so speed isn’t the issue for us. The csr as a MS is fantastic but yes, agree 110% stick to tds and allow for much longer flash between coats.
CSR is defiantly the way to go in regards to restoration. An all round brilliant clear coat and if you are not too worried about the extra time for flash off etc then I would recommend this all day long!
Ok you've just answered that in the final couple of minuets 😅 You didn't mention using on aluminium? Well it hold back the oxidation common on alloy bodies Thanks.
The data sheets say longer drying/curing time at lower temperature, so saying it has to be baked and can't be DIY is a question maybe better directed to the manufacturer as the tds doesnt indicate a problem?
Good evening! I'm more than happy to come down to you and go through the NFCC process in person and maybe apply some, if this video was not clear? Its not quite as easy when the camera is rolling. If you are interested then please contact me and we will arrnage a date.
@@WilliamPinkGAVBIZNOVOL I now see that my message came across a little strong and also realise that a rolling camera can ad nerves and trip you up. From your response I’m sure you’re well qualified and wish you all the best. PS: Im just an interested hobby car restorer with a short stint in an auto body/paint shop many years ago.
@williamPinkGAVBIZNOVOL is an exceptionally good rep for Novol, having worked with the system for many years - and alongside his father at @Gavinpinkpaintshop. As both the previous responses have agreed- first time doing this to camera is daunting to say the least. If it's not 'what you do' - it really can trip you up! Hope you enjoy the content though - and I'm sure Will will be fired up for the next one 👍😃

UV is not something we would use here - but I am sure that if you contact Novol UK through the website, they will happily discuss this with you.

Will , Can you tell me the benefits of using the Spectral H6115 appose to the H6005 when using it with the Spectral 2k direct gloss ? Thank you Ian
@WilliamPinkGAVBIZNOVOL
Are these still temperature dependent? I seem to remember you have said in previous video that the pannel needs to be warm.

@@bleizbreizh6264 It can b DIY - anyone can use it - and it will air dry - but it really needs the bake cycle to as effective as it is intended to be.
I would expect a product manager or specialist to be able to deliver a much more clear message. Sorry, I had to stop watching.
