@rajanimdskincare Thank you for the great information 🤞🏼, first of all. I lost a lot of hair in a year three years ago but, thankfully, with a good prenatal supplement, it came back. It did come back more grey though. So, while I'll give these a try, could you give us some beauty advice on how to tame the unruly grey beast, just In case, these don't work for some of us grey haired beauties? Lastly, I wouldn't mind my grey hair if it didn't clash so harshly with my skin tone or wash me out. Do you have any tips on how we can make our grey hair warmer or cooler depending on our needs? Cosmetologists and color experts 🤷🏼♀️ have plenty to say, but it'd be nice to hear advice like this from your unique experience and perspective. I don't mind coloring my hair as I'm sure most women don't. But less is more, and probably healthier, in the realm of beauty. Are there any particular colors of highlights or lowlights we can use to make it more fetching with our different color combinations. For example, can we tone it with something, other than our purple and blue shampoos, or do some kind of color wash to warm or cool? 😉 Thanks for considering my questions if you do!🩶 Take care🩶

@e.elsibea1518
You may want to try some shampoos that add temporary color. I gave up dying my hair because of all the chemicals, not to mention time.
I recently purchased W-water colors intense shampoo from amazon. I was feeling washed out by my stark white hair.
My first bottle was the lilac. It was fun. But I wanted to have like a rose gold. So I bought the peach and mixed them together. A couple tries and I had it!
One day when I had more peach than lilac it was a soft pink.
I met a friend for lunch and she loved it. I got a compliment from the waitress. Later I saw my sister and she commented on how pretty my hair looked(she's a tough critic). Later my insurance agent gave me a compliment on the color. Then while walking out of a store, a young girl said 'beautiful hair' as I passed her.
That was 5 compliments in one day on my hair. That has never happened before. Needless to say, I'm going to keep playing with my new coloring set. I just bought the steel color and can't wait till my next shampoo. I have to wash my hair anyway right? Might as well have some fun.
Might be the solution you're looking for.😁
@solarlass5807 this is interesting. I m interested in the mechanism of how it works. Thanks for sharing.

In days of old Shepard's would always have at least one black sheep in their flock.. if it's fleece began to whiten they knew the soil was becoming depleted in copper and therefore affecting the copper levels in the grasses the sheep consumed.. copper is the forgotten mineral in this day and age

I overcame & survived The Suicide Disease/Trigeminal Neuralgia with Cluster Headaches. Without question or doubt, everything we need and every answer is available in this world, and modern medicine has its value, but is not always the best answer.
Dr Joel Wallach mentions that adjusting the copper in sheep diet can create a striated colored sheep hair. However he also warns that copper deficiency leads to aneurysm; noticed in turkeys that had copper deficient food. NIH studies.

MY STORY - 58 old male with a full head of dark hair & beard. A lot gray hair is from stress. My siblings started going gray in their 20's. They all got married early and had kids (The kids drove them crazy). I waited to get married until I 40 and decided to not have children. So, I pretty much have zero stress. People at my work assumed I was dying my hair and beard. But eventually figured out my dark hair & beard was just natural. BIG TIP - Don't Stress.
Great tip
💯 %
Depends on the kids..lol..some bring joy..some..not so much...
Most people would rather have children and grey hair than growing old without children… not all children cause stress… everyone gets to choose… that makes it easier…

At 70+, I’m old enough to be OK with white hair. What I’m not OK with is losing my hair. I addition to ingesting suitable supplements and using nourishing oils on my scalp, I also began massaging daily with a silicone massage brush until both my scalp and face begin to tingle. After several months of this routine, I have not only noticed lots of new baby hairs coming in but many of them are dark. What a surprise!

Yes, massage brings blood to the area, improves circulation and it's not surprising. My grandma, bless her soul, used to slap her face for 15 minutes. Lmao. Massage would have worked. I did notice she had thick skin, ie collagen level must have improved? But, sorry gran, cuz Ah ain't gonna slap myself silly to make my skin thicker.🤣. There must be other, less masochistic ways of making facial skin thicker. I kinda miss the gentle slap slap slap sounds that tells me my 80 yr old grandma was doing self care. Back in the day.

My niece had CarT therapy to stop her leukemia it worked and she had strawberry blond but after the CarT gene modification it went auburn and CURLY. Still beautiful but darker and curlier. We and she are just glad she is alive and avoided the bone marrow transplant. It was her last chance.

If someone has copper deficiency, the results can be much worse than just gray hair. Copper is required to produce collagen and collagen is required to keep blood vessels strong and healthy. If your blood vessels are weak, you can have an aneurysm, which can be fatal. Not fearmongering, just sharing info which people may not know.
😂😂😂 wtf
Thank you!
Its truecopper deficiency very underated in australua they foynd it can cause motor neurone disease and supplementing slows or reverses progression
@@janeslater8004 In the USA the denture creams contained zinc, which blocks copper absorption, and "overuse" of denture cream was causing this (Lou Gehrig's aka ALS). I put "overuse" in quotes because it can be very difficult to obtain a well-fitting set of dentures and a lot of people rely on an abundance of denture cream to keep them in place.
On the flip side, too much copper can contribute to the development of Alzheimer's disease, same with too much zinc and some heavy metals.
"Alzheimer’s disease is caused by elevated levels of heavy metals, such as lead, zinc, and copper"...
"Our review corroborates that both copper and Alzheimer’s disease target the hippocampus, cerebral cortex, cerebellum, and brainstem, affecting motor skills and critical thinking"...

Be mindful of Ashwarganda. I used it for a couple of months and was shedding hair like dog for summer. I almost went nold. A couple of years after my incident, unbeknowns to me, my niece started using Ashwargada for its calming benefits, she experienced the same side effects as me - huge hair loss.
Rosemary & pumpkin oil on scalp, jojoba on ends overnight will soften your hair & make grey hair less wired & noticeable. Pumpkin helps w/hair loss like minoxidil.
Doing rosemary oil for years. No change. I am 57. The hair look better but still a lot of grey

@@angelsandocean2853 yes these are all good advice!!! but if you try the neem oil first heat it up and then let it get to where its comfortable for you then massage it on your hair for like 15 to 20 minutes then put a cap on do this at night time so you could sleep with it, then shower rinse with regular with water, of course you would have to boil the water with the rosemary a night before on a waining moon, fill a pot with water and then add the rosemary and boil it then let cool and put it by the window facing the waining moon or outside make sure you put a clear plastic over it so no bugs will go in the water if you choose to take it outside, then the next bring it in, warm up the water then wash your hair then rinse with regular water at the end rinse with the rosemary water and dont rinse just towel dry or blow dry do this consistently and you'll see the difference it's a slow process but it works wonders, I know my friends mom said she uses coffee and molasses and neem oil cause she doesn't like the smell of neem but the rest of the process she does the same she is almost 90 and she doesn't have no grey hair Good luck and may God bless you All.
@@angelsandocean2853in some research it was going that lavender oil worked better than rosemary. Maybe try some castor oil mixed with few drops of lavender. Vitamin B1 Benfotiamine is a must. And to get that blood flow to your scalp, lying flat on your back , let your head hang over the edge your bed for five or more minutes per day. And according to the late Edgar Cayce who was the Father of Holistic Medicine, he advised to never ever eat fried foods to help maintain healthy hair growth, along with regular scalp massage - which you can also do while your head is over the edge of your bed.
An inversion table is one of the best investments I've ever made. Improves circulation f/the entire body. Plus helps with spine issues.
@@joyceperreault4237 Definitely. Some people don't have the space for an Inversion Table though, that's why I didn't mention it.

Use pumpkin oil once per week, especially if you have red hair. This oil blocks like Rogain does. 20 minute soak , then wash your hair.
Brush your hair once a day with your head lowered to stimulate the scalp.
Also use rosemary oil , soak and rinse .
Air dry your hair so you don’t bake your scalp with a hairdryer.

I like castor oil on the eyelashes/brows at bedtime. It has long been used by opticians for eye wounds and it stimulates hair growth. It does not hurt my eyes. Put on a q tip and run it around the edge of your eyes before sleep. Smooth out lightly with a bit of warm water on cloth or just a slight rinse. My eyes wake up moisturized after the morning face wash. @@dollymitsch8952

The best BIOAVAILABLE source for copper is beef liver and it doesn't take much. I buy from a local grass fed/ finished source. As little as 30g gives you over 800% RDA Vitamin B12 and over 400% RDA Copper.
Yes, but you have to eat it. Yuck, I can't stand the smell of liver cooking. If I think of it, I can still smell it from when my mom would make it. LOL.
I started eating beef liver raw once a week. There are so many things in there. Forget all the multiviamins. Beef liver is all you need. Especially in the methylated form of vitamins.

I do a lot of crowd surfing before I ever go to the doc's office. I learn so much from the comments section.
Thankyou for this information! I am really enjoying your videos Dr. Rajani. I'll always remember a friend telling me about her grandmother who was in her 90's and still had all her natural dark hair. Her daily ritual was to prep her family's huge pot of potatoes and put all the peels into water. She drank that pot of potato water every day! The peels are full of copper.
For me, stress has played a big role in my silver hair - which I actually do like. My hairdresser says people are paying big bucks these days for hair like mine! :) Still, I am starting this journey of getting more of my original colour back and I know it can be done. It's a good time to be turning grey in terms of there being plenty of information on natural options, supplements etc. I am seeing a lot of people reversing their greys by taking the copper along with zinc, as well as massage and using pure organic castor oil on their scalp. I am also seeing people raving about organic black seed oil and I believe pumpkin seed oil has DHT blockers and also seems to help. This video has inspired me to get going on this journey. Must take before pics... :D

I had terrible stomach/digestion issues for 2 years after what I think was covid. Every so often I had to go on a straight rice diet for a couple weeks, during which time I took B12, of course. It eventually dawned on me that during those times I had more energy. Started using B12 daily, sublingual. Well, 6 weeks later my approx half grey hair is now coming in dark. It is so bizarre. Going to stay away from the dye and see just what happens :)
Same thing happened to me!
COVID also gave me horrible acid reflux and I was not hungry. All my body would beg for was whole food. Often I brag to my hubby how I was a tank, and I was! Covid is no joke. I had never suffered from gastrointestinal issues before like this. Took me about 1.5-2 months after to recover. I also lost my sense of taste and smell 🙀. Now that freaked me out as I love cooking 🧑🍳 from home.
Thanks for the B12 insight. 😺 Glad you recovered from Covid.❤
You are unsavable if you STILL not understand what happened 2020.
But how do you know it was covid? Of course I can't tell either, but sorry, there's lots of reasons to doubt most of the given PCR tests which not reliable. It can find all kinds of things, yes, but not if you have cold or flu viruses that are active. If you feel sick, than that's the case .
But anyway..
Side note: Most rice is very high in GMOs, etc.
We’re you eating highly processed foods before?
Cheap, refined Oils are mostly extremely toxic to.
Finally focus on the no. 1 sign of 'age', gray hair!! Met some men and women in their late 50s still not at all gray! I do think stress is a factor too. My crown growth is hardly gray, but along temples and hairline, if it starts getting paler, not good for I do think one can reverse and slow it. I heard copper and choline I think impact hair color. There are restore hair color pills sold out there. If they really work we'd all take them, but these tips worth a try. Thank you!!
My son gave me grey hair (he's a handfull) then moved out and now my greys are gone!!!😊

You look great! That's a good indication of someone I'd listen to.
Here is how I reversed my grey hair: I stopped dying my hair. Then I stopped washing my hair on a regular basis, and when it became necessary I avoided shampoo. Meanwhile I became carnivore. I am not religious about it, so if I really want carbs, I eat some. But I don't use seed oils, only animal fat. I eat steak, sardines, anchovies etc, eggs, dairy. I am 55 years old female and my hair is gradually turning back to its original colour. If you can, get a water filter for the whole house. This water we generally get from the system washes out zinc from our body. It will be a slow process but worth it. The first year I wore cap/hat all the time because when I stopped dying my hair it looked awful. It was a difficult period but I was so busy with the renovation of my house, I just couldn't care less what people might thought about my look. But now, my hair is like silk, shiny, healthy and getting darker every week. I bought a shampoo bar, made of beef fat and few other natural ingredients, and I wash my hair with it 2 times a year.
Wow!❤

Had grey since age5. Your hair can recolour. I had a head of beautiful auburn hair with strands of blond, grey etc. Ffwd to 50 more grey. But the bottom of strand grey top ten inches the auburn regrowing. Am 61. My hair looks like its be tri coloured at a salon. Always been asked what the colour is. Am blessed. Think its to do with my skin being super pale, Celtic ancestry. Lost lots with covid, took 8 months to thicken up but now a beautiful colour. Under so much stress but my hair flourishing. Have insomnia and PTSD, restricted diet but its clean. Love my broccoli. Who knows. I eat so much porridge so reckon it's all the minerals.
People who eat porridge must take a glass of juice as it depletes the Vit C in your body. We humans cannot store Vit C.
One of the major reasons why hairdressers get bladder cancer is because we don't drink much water cause we don't have time to go to the toilet, and it's taboo to drink in front of a client, even if its wayer. Plus add that to the amount of chemicals we deal with without gloves and breath in, it all adds up.
Copper, B6, B12, folate, vit C, vit A, cysteine, Zn, Se, biotin !! Copper would be the primary factor. Anything that regenerates scalp capillaries and boosts blood flow to hair follicles will reverse grey hair. Also avoid using harsh chemicals in shampoos & conditioners and stop coloring your hair !!
Please do not use Rosemary Oil if you have high blood pressure, epilepsy or schizophrenia or are in your first 16 weeks of pregnancy.
Maximum amount to use is 3 drops Rosemary Oil per every 100 drops carrier oil, or 3 drops per teaspoon, of a thick carrier oil like castor oil or coconut oil.
Essential oil takes about 20 minutes to get from outside the skin into the bloodstream, so it needs to be applied and left on longer than 20 minutes. Rosemary EO has an invigorating effect, so leaving it on the entire night might make sleep more difficult. It is healthier for the hair to only wash hair twice a week, so doing this EO in carrier oil might be best done twice weekly and left on for at least a half hour or more, but stimulate the scalp well daily for the healthiest hair and scalp.
It is good to stimulate the scalp first before applying these the oils. Scalp stimulation alone to increase blood flow has been proven in studies to promote healthy hair growth. It is also helpful before adding oil to the hair. In my grandmother's day, women were taught to brush their hair thoroughly every night with a boar's hair brush or natural bristles to exfoliate the scalp, stimulate blood flow and the nutrients that it brings to the scalp area and to bring up those oils from the scalp and run them through the hair.
(Side note: Washing hair daily strips the oils away then the body tries to make up for it by over- production of sebum (the body's natural oil). If your hair is greasy when you don't wash daily, you will need to go through a "training" period where you don't wash it daily, but you do wash it twice weekly with a high quality shampoo that does Not have sulfates (which contributes to this vicious cycle of drying out the hair and causing the scalp to over-produce sebum). It will continue to be oily, possibly even for many weeks as was in my case, before it finally balances back out.
Interesting... What's the contraindication with schizophrenia, please? Any links to this? Never heard of this and I just made a hair tonic for my young adult son, who suffers from it. Thank you.
The first gray i noticed was on one side of my part. My hair is blonde. So it blended in. It just looked like i had highlights. My hairstylist told me it's called the "money piece." About 3 years after that showing up, the top of my head turned white. The rest was still my natural dirty blonde. When i started supplementation, i noticed the white hair on the top of my head turned back to blonde. I wasn't taking a ton of Bs. I was intermittent fasting. I was taking a great brand of C60, something called Black Diamond (humic/fulvic acid) and curcumin. My grays were almost gone. I haven't been able to afford the C60 lately. So the gray is back. But it's not bad. It's like having salon-looking highlights. Don't tell my stylist. Haha
I take Ashwaganda, power mushrooms, boron/magnesium, melatonin, blue algae, glycine, NAC, krill oil and all the regular supplements: A, B, C, d/k, E
I don't take them all at the same time.
I have no idea which one is helping my hair. 😆
Iron carries oxygen to all the cells. Stimulating blood flow is so important and copper with its cofactors keeps the color. Your body works together as a perfect unique body. Know if you have deficiencies to balance but don’t over do supplements just to make something better. Your body will balance everything if given the proper nutrients. Now genetics is exposing how some inherited genes cause malabsorption. If you don’t absorb nutrients deficiency happens. Food is your medicine and medicine is your food. You age because certain nutrients don’t absorb. Environment plays a big part and foods that are processed so nutrients are taken out makes life shorter if you don’t eat what’s natural. The medical association and the medicines which causes more side effects damages our body. Learn about the body and the deficiencies so it can be corrected. More people are becoming aware of this and try to eat healthy natural foods, drink good water. God made everything for our use and to keep us healthy. Life and wrong choices influencing our decisions has changed our world. Trust our Creator not all humans. We weren’t supposed to live forever. Good health to all.
Nac can lower your iron. Take it two months on, two months off, and get iron tested
I'm blonde and take all that and more but, my stylist says I'm getting more silver! It does blend well with my blonde hair so I don't really notice it until she mentions it!
@janinesargeant5177. You say when you stopped the C60 your gray came back. How about the fulvic & humic acid & curcumin? Did you continue those? The return of your gray hair appears to point to your stopping C60, if that's the only thing you no longer take.
Taurine is great for hair follicles! I take even glycine, nac and Inositol. Despite that I recommend royal jelly- definitely gives You natural hair color back.
This is so authentic! Thank you ever so much , Doctor!
My pleasure!
I am 60 and have almost no grey hair. My body hair is almost grey free as well. The most grey is my whiskers. I have no idea why, my sisters at my age all had to start dyeing their hair. My nieces and nephew are pre-mature grey. It just happens I'm not turning grey. A bit at temples but that's about it. The only thing i do differently than the rest of my family was to go low carb for the last 20 plus yrs. I did it to maintain weight and i feel so much better than on a high-carb diet. Since i very rarely eat anything with added sugar, perhaps there's a connection.
nice
I would say no coincidence
You would say no coincidence based off zero research so, who cares.
@@Jane_Orafusugar receptors on cancer cells are 6-12 times that of non cancerous cells based on research, so one can’t know how much research was done to have commented ‘I’d say no coincidence’. Sugar is toxic, based on research. Also degrades eyesight while we are discussing research.
I don't have any gray hair. I might get a couple gray hair every now and then and can pull them (two or three ) and they don't return for a long time and it's usually in a different section. It's crazy but the whiskers I get under my chin are 90% gray lol. I'm not complaining lol it's nothing my tweezers won't pluck out.
Always love your nutritional focus ❤
I start losing my hair in huge amounts immediately when I was in New York as a tourist. BecauseI was about to stay for a month with my relatives I was stressed that I would return home bolt. So I searched and observed what did I change and I noticed it was the water 💧 Too much chlorine. So😊 I started boiling the water 💦 and use it after the bath to remove the water I washed my hair. And that was😊😊😊. My hair stopped falling 🎉

Thanks for the video! I haven’t seen your other video on copper yet, and I apologize if you mentioned this in it. But as of note, zinc competes for the copper receptor. Aggressive, zinc, supplementation, or sustained, zinc, supplementation can pose an issue for copper. I am an Internist primary care physician, and, we do see copper deficiency, especially in patients who have undergone gastric bypass or small bowel resections as well. Copper deficiency can present very similarly to B12 deficiency. Patients are likely B12 deficient as well so it is suggested that they supplement B12, and then the copper deficiency gets overlooked. Zinc has seen an explosion in aggressive supplementation as of late due to the thought that this is helping immunity, which absolutely is true to some extent. However, copper is not commonly thought of. I’m glad that you mentioned it. It is something to be mindful of especially right now.
Several zinc supplements combine a low dose of copper, such as AOR.

Gray hair problems
Love your hair in this video ❤!!! Thank u for all u do !!!
Thanks for mentioning genetics. It definitely runs in my family.
My mother passed a few years ago from Lewey Bodies Parkinson's. Weird thing, whatever doctors were giving her for treatment REVERSED her grey hair! She passed away with ALL of her Natural Black Hair having grown back in - nope, she never died it, not even when it was going grey. Except for being a portrait artist (using oil paints), she was extremely healthy and ate no sugars and very slim, no use of drugs, etc.
Was she Vegetarian?
@@kimgordon3695 No. But ate no processed foods and only what was grown in garden and ate a lot of fish and some chicken.
You basically covered all aspects of reversing grey hair! Very informative video!❤
I'm so glad you liked it. I try my best
I'm 65 and had only a few gray hairs until I was hit by a car a few months ago breaking my pelvis in 4 places and my elbow in 4 also. I don't know if it was the trauma of the event or the anesthesia and drugs involved but I now have a ton of grays. I came here to learn what I can do and hope these things work!
I hope you are fine now. Did you try anything and did it help?
Stress can give gray. Hope you ok.
All great info Doc. Love the fact that your mind is open to Natural Things. I send you positive energy.
I appreciate that. Natural is the best when possible
I wish there is something that would work 100% and fast 💨 in order to reverse grey hair
A few years ago my gray hair started started getting a nice light brown in spots. Now at 79 my hair is light brown with some blond and some gray. When I was younger my hair was reddish brown.
I absolutely love your videos, they help alot. So, a big Thank you for your time! 😊

It’s copper, zinc and selenium
I used to live in a town where the Iron Man Challenge was held, and just through exposure, many locals take part. The amount of men who got alopecia from extreme training was noticably very high. Stress comes in many forms.
Omg this is so informative. With hair loss from stress and not knowing what to do. You gave so many ideas. Thank you...thank you 🙏🏻
You are so welcome!
Thank you Dr Raj! I love Tulsi and Ashwaghanda teas - can’t live without it! (Just came from your video talking about Rooibos so going to add this too. TY for this advice!)
I have Chronic Fatigue from mycotoxin illness (Mold Toxicity) so ATP is just pathetic (cell suicide). When I feel zapped and “overexerted” from regular uneventful daily activities, Ashwaghanda (I drink it with a Tulsi blend + add coconut cream + lo Han) helps me return to my baseline the next day - I feel fully rested or as well rested as possible. It’s truly a gift to have this available!
I also have a MD that is a mycotoxin/mold expert that orders bloodwork for my vitamin/nutrient levels. Having doctors like you and her are a serious blessing and have a profound impact on your patients’ lives!!
Also, Fo-Ti/He Shou Wu and Spirulina.
I don't mind my gray hair and beard. I've always said "Better gray than gone."
So true.
Thank you for this video. Would you consider doing a video on how to regrow hair in the pubic region? I suspect it’s hormone-related hair loss due to menopause… I haven’t found any information on this, but I know that so many middle aged women experience this.
I use natural products and have not seen a GP in 10yrs! I have no aches or pains!
Hi would you please list some of the natural products you use? 😊
@@prettylladyI haven't seen the doctor for many years. Its important to use natural remedies/products, research what nature provides us with.
Try not to use products with synthetics.
I personally take high dose organic turmeric, d3 with S2, zinc, magnesium, calcium, b complex. I use raw organic coconut oil, caster oil.
No chemical based deodorants or hair products with sulfur or anything.
Eat nutritious food, you are what you eat. Exercise, stay away from toxins(that includes people 😂).
Everyone each to their own, I'm 51 yo and have Multiple sclerosis which was diagnosed 11 years ago and thankfully 🙏🏽 for past 6 yr, I'm grateful that I'm doing ok.
Soz for long answer, I could go on and on..❤
10 yrs. not a good idea.
Silica supplements are key for hair growth. I take liquid silica in my pre workout. I’m 64 with thick beautiful hair. Of course I’ve eaten healthy for decades and still workout. Coconut oil overnight at least 2x month as well.
I appreciate your sharing
Does the silica do anything to help you build bone as well?
When I hit menopause my straight strawberry blonde hair lost the red, but got curly. I was taking a lot of zinc during covid and it got a lot of gray. I also got other issues from the zinc/copper balance being off, so I took some copper for a short time. Then I got cancer. I can't take copper now because copper is bad for cancer (even though I am cancer free currently.) There is actually a cancer treatment which keeps copper super low. Anyway I had eaten very healthy for years, but even more so since the cancer, plus I take a ton of anti-cancer supplements (all of which are generally good for you). Now my hair has much less gray and is getting it's red back.
If you’re taking zinc supplements you also need to take copper … period !!!
Copper is a very important mineral in the body and too much zinc will deplete your copper . You need to take 10% the amount of zinc in copper.
What kind of Supplements you did take?
I have covid I lost some my hair. Hopefully prayers grow back. I trying all different home remedy. Thank you your information Dr: appreciate.

Hi Dr. First of all thanks for the tips.
Currently I have few gray hair on the sides (27) . Is there any approximate timeframe for expectation for the hair to start getting its original color back once starting consuming for instance B12,Biotin and Copper? Great content, doc. It's so unusual to hear a mainstream medic discuss nutrition. Most know very little - at least here in England.
I m shocked in many parts of Europe when I travel the food is real. I feel much better than when in usa. We need to spread the word and start eating real food.
@@rajanimdskincareTHIS. Thanks Doc❣
Agreed. This channel is gold.
Most in US know nothing and I find it deplorable. Very few drs. See big pic and take holistic view of the human body. What are these folks thinking.
@@rajanimdskincareso much of food in US is genetically modified and genetically over processed. I think that’s why so many ppl are sick and overweight here in the US. Compare US wheat to euro wheat not even the Same. Primary care docs as a rule just don’t get it. So glad you do! ❤
I lost my hair twice as the result of the vaccines. I had a large bald patch on the top the size of a large tennis ball. Each time I got the hair back (it took three months each time) by beaming Red/Intrared pn my head five times a week. I simoly put my face mask on my head. I must add, I am thrilled considering I am 80 years young.. I had excellent results on my facial skin too (separate treatment).
Thank you for sharing! That is so helpful. Did your hair grow back darker or it looked exactly the same?
I'm nearly 70 and used a product called "Go Gray" to get the dye out of my hair as I got sick of dyeing my roots every 3 weeks. However it basically turned my hair kind of brassy orange, so I wore a baseball cap for about 9 months when I went out, and eventually the brassiness washed out leaving a sort of blonde color, but my white, pearly hair growing in looks beautiful. I can't wait to have totally white hair! Every age has its own, unique beauty. However I've long used the supplements he's talking about (including ashwagandha to sleep), and none of them have affected my grey hair.
Thank you for sharing your knowledge and wisdom.

One thing I would say about massaging coconut oil into the scalp which I, personally, would never do. Imo, the oil can clog the hair follicles, actually causing the hair to fall out. I say this because I have tried a hair "cleanser" made of "natural substances" like tea tree oil and other oils, and that's exactly what happened to me. My hair is thick and down to my waist, but about 2 weeks into using this oil-based cleanser, my hair started falling out in clumps. As soon as I stopped the cleanser, my hair stopped falling out. At the time, I had no other lifestyle changes and no stress. My belief is that despite instructions to rinse with copious amounts of water, the oils still remained and clogged my hair follicles. So, I mention this as something to look out for. There happens to be a class action suit against the maker of this cleanser because of so many people having the same hair shedding experience.
😂😂😂😂
There’s a young lady on you tube who has written a book on the dangers of essential oils and why we should avoid them This was an eye opener for me I know the product you’re talking about and I used it a short time but stopped because it’s too expensive and I think very wasteful of water to have to rinse so much. This product contains a lot of essential oils
WEN?
Thank you. Double on essential oils, especially vaporized ones. Scratching coconut oil off my list. 🙏
It might be the over rinsing causing the clogged pores, not the oils. I have acne prone skin. I use straight grape seed oil on my face daily with no breakouts. A dermatologist explained to me that the more I washed my face, the more of the natural oils were washed away, and the more oils the body will produce to replace those lost. It is this process that I've found clogs the pores.
My father had grey at 18 and all of my cousins so i know the feeling!/ after covid i lost lot of hair but.sowly is growing back wih oils and lots massage i love these videos.
