As an American, I 100% agree with the majority praising the wide variety of accents in the UK- they're all quite lovely in their own ways and I'm glad that it's not always deemed as offensive when someone says "bottle of water" in that exaggerated way you mentioned (although of course it will always depend on intent)

Jack, British English is superior to American English, because it's more varied and while it's further away from Old English in pronunciation than American English, although that only applies to a few set accents, as old Yorkshire and old Black Country are both more closely related to older English.
Although I grew up in the era before American movies went popular worldwide. So I'm biased in favour of British English.

Interesting that the first girl talk about the propanagda of 5000 years of Chinese history regarding the language. Mandarin wasn't thought to be the main language of China initially. Mandarin came from Mongolia and Mongolian and Cantonese was thought to be the old language of the Chinese royal courts. Every language has evolved over thousands of years and been replaced or changed

In the video he describes himself as Chinese but one of the 56 ethnic minorities. My guess is he isn't mixed race, he is probably fully Kazakh / Uighur / Hui etc ..
