Haha she did a little bit, but I just think its her vibe! You could see quite a few times, although she had a somewhat angry exterior, her true happiness and warmth came through quite a bit! So all in all, I think she was cool!

When the teacher at the end said she had visited England and Scotland I detected a definite accent in the way she pronounced "Scotland".
Hahah love the scottish accent attempt. I'm Scottish and I've heard accents I have trouble understanding because they use a dialect I am not familiar with. The Irish can also have some pretty tough accents to understand. There's a famous video which you can find by looking up "irish farmer missing sheep" and it should be the top result. It's the strongest accent I've heard from an Irishman hahah.
That damn "marry my husband" its all my wife is watching at the moment so I get the constant updates.
You make me want to study Mandarin Chinese again. You've got an amazing vocabulary, tones, and a great accent!

Growing up in Toronto, Canada, where visible minorities make up the majority of our population, I don't know what "native" accents mean. I definitely don't hear London England style English at all. But I do hear a lot of Filipino English, Indian English, Beijing English, Hong Kong English, Farsi English, Da'hood Pop a Cap in yo @$$ English, Korean English etc...
Accents are always evolving , and that's a beautiful thing!

I guess Mao had some reason for not making Luoyang the Capitol. After the whole mess and horror of the Manchurian Dynasty and Japanese, people would think distancing China from Beijing to a more centrally located and traditional Han Capitol would have been better. Regardless, Luoyang has a new subway system, and is slowly growing and becoming a higher tier city with a population the size of New York City. I’m not Chinese, but my wife is from Luoyang, Henan. When airfares to east Asia go down, I hope to visit the Luoyang area someday which is so rich in history. Thank you for showing your video. 👍🏻

Recently I discovered clementine juice and I’m addicted it’s so nice I sometimes cry drinking it.
I, personally, read The Little Prince every 4 years, on leap years, in the spring, right after Easter(that way, I never forget to do it). Just to see how my understanding of it changed, what I focused most on this time, what I missed last time, what of my previous understanding of it no longer holds true to me, etc. It is a great book. She was right to recommend it.
