You missed to mention many of the technical aspects of the car such as two SBC pumps that work in unison and as well as two ac compressors to maintain conditioned temperature as well as the independent etc.. and many other safety features that are worth mentioning which also makes this car as much as a pleasure to drive than to be sat at the back. Yes parts can be ridiculously priced but they are the odd stuff that would very unlikely to be replaced on a well looked after Maybach. Also with servicing and repairs of the mechanical/electrical systems on Maybachs this can be done at a very reasonable price if you know what your doing and where to look. And with that sunroof best option would be to strip it out and have both the outer pane glass custom made and same story with the solar panel but that would need a lot of downtime.
Sadly I don’t fit in this car. Even in the 62 with the partition, its not large enough to stretch my legs comfortably. But I have a normal long S class and driving that is fine as long noone sits behind me.
The car is exclusive and its production has ended, so as Evan said, you need to order it custom made. It's not a balljoint or some other generic part that they would have in store.

This isnt even worth 35k in Germany. Nobody would buy this. The only Maybachs worth anything are German original delivery (Deutsche Erstauslieferung) ones. A good 62 with everything okay is worth maybe 60k here.
