Ben is such a savage. I really find inspiration not in the things he buys but in his attitude and approach to life. He’s just a guy, who keeps it real and keeps moving forward. I’ve always wanted success in life but felt guilty about it as it’s come. Watching Ben makes you realize it doesn’t have to change you. Keep doing your thing Ben, you’re a legend. I want to say stop smoking , but you might not be ben without it.

I totally understand the “where will I live “ after selling in a seller’s market: In ‘99 I bought a home for $570,000. In 2006 I sold it for $1,895,000 and rented apartment until 2009 after “the crash”. I could have bought the same home for $975,000 if I wanted to live there again. In the same time period I bought 7 a read of raw land for $17,000 and sold for $98,000. Those were the good times.

2008 I bought 15, 1300-1600 sqft houses from $55-69,000 sold half 5years after for triple each. Now 2023 one of the houses is selling for $275,000. How times have changed

Ben was clearly hiding how excited he was to get such a house. You could tell he was so happy.
Step 1. Make $45 million.
Step 2. Pay $20 million in taxes.
Step 3. Pay the rest out yearly in real estate taxes, because buying the home doesn't mean you own it. The state does.

Not really, number one job of a film maker is to not disturb your surroundings and to film them in their current state, film makers dont annoy the host, film makers dont interject themselves, and film makers dont pull dumb stunts behind the scenes. That is what separates Danny a decent camera man on youtube from a real film maker. He never could grow up.
