@@captaincrunch5161 lol what a goof! I was talking about the realtor. If you paid attention you would know.
“This is more stupid than a concrete counter”
* shots fired at Danny *
Now this is a real hustler. He’s like the real estate king pin king 🤴
dayum ! this is one of the best underrated ytube channel I've seen so far with regards to Investing matters
''It has calamari wallpaper!'' might be the best fucking line I've ever heard.
Perfect example of living the American dream being rich but not letting it effect your ego and remembering where you came from and taking advantage of (without taking for granted) of being American. Ben is a real one a rich guy that does t act like snob
Your logic for buying is flawless.
Proud of you Ben, you truly deserve it! Thank you for being so inspirational.
14:20 This guy is good 👍 he mixes his expertise with humour…..very articulate and knowledgable 👏🏽
hes so unserious but serious at the same time, love this guy!
Straight motivation remember watching this years back when Danny was around always took it as inspiration appreciate you boss god bless you and ya family
I like how sincere Ben is and he's a true people person. I like him
Man that GoT intro had me rolling. Man you gotta admit the previous producer was good ….
Ben and dannys chemistry is unmatchable !!!! Sad he kicked Danny!!
Love the videos. That house is amazing. Thanks for the tour. Keep up the deals wild man!!!
Ben: “If we could get rid of Danny”
Ben making his dreams come true
what happened to Danny? i'm new to this channel
@@scottmichaels6980 i see. always sad when a partnership breaks up, but hopefully it's for the best for both of them. thanks for the response.
@@uchibenkei he was the annoying camera man who always liked to take shots at ben, he also took bens rolls royce for a joyride and a prank robbery, he also messed up an investment property renovation by finishing on time + destroying it for extra work when it needed simple work done
@@blakebourassa1983 sounds like he doesn't know the difference between a business and a frat house. Good riddance to him then. Hopefully he learns and straightens up. Thanks for the info.
saw 1st video last night.. now can't stop watching and learning..thank you Mate
Wow! Just Wow. I'm happy for you Ben. It's nice to see that life actually worked out for someone.
what a breathtaking home. it need a whole CREW of people to keep it up im sure. id never wanna leave. its paradise.
The realest dude on TH-cam. Congrats you deserve nothing but the best 🙏🏼💪🏼😎

This is Matt the welder again " lol same guy that pointed out the galvanized steel on that AC system . 😅
But , congratulations on your purchase for you and your family . I've watched every video since I've been watching you , and you have earned the term "WORK HARD PLAY HARD" nothing but much love from WEST TEXAS my friend .
You can tell that Danny really did get on your nerves lol. You have one of the sickest houses I have ever seen!🔥🔥🔥👍👍❤
Congratulations Ben you’re right We live only once. We love your channel.Thanks.
Congrats to your success beautiful house wish I had a father that would’ve inspired me as much as you have inspired your kids with your great energy god bless
I’m lovin’ all of these video - please keep em’ coming.
When I grow up I want to be just like you Ben
Every part of ben and rafal in this video is hilarious...love it!
Gotta admit, Danny made great videos and that's why Ben keeps showing them. Ben bought a beautiful house, can't wait for him to sell it.
No ben reshows these videos to add content, make filler so he has less work to do, and it helps to promote his shows. Danny was a curse but ben is doing his best to capitalize off the little bit he had to show for himself.
No one noticed that you can’t watch old episodes elsewhere.
Ben you've been looking healthy lately. Happy to see it stay blessed.
Good reminder that Danny is a next level film maker.
Not really, number one job of a film maker is to not disturb your surroundings and to film them in their current state, film makers dont annoy the host, film makers dont interject themselves, and film makers dont pull dumb stunts behind the scenes. That is what separates Danny a decent camera man on youtube from a real film maker. He never could grow up.
This was Ryan Howard's former home, and he is flipping Lil' Wayne and Birdman's old mansion in Florida as well! Ben is absolutely one of the best channels going on TH-cam!
I am about to make in a month, as much as I made in a year after watching Ben for 2 months.
I hope everyone who's watching will get the same results or better. Much love from Europe and thank you!
Great episode ....super cool to see the operational parts of these multifamily deals
A Pole works for Ben as a real estate agent this is what I write about Rafał W. How did he start working for him?
Ben dont ever sell this masterpiece. This is the nicest place you will ever see. Its unreal.
To small for me
Love this guy , his family his insight. New pc speakers make that desk even nicer boss
With All Do Respect Sir,But Patel's Mansion in Tampa Is Actully The Biggest one....Bless👍
Did he ever finish it?
@@BenMallah lol semantics
Ben himself is a brand ! What a guy! Genuine and extremely funny.
Insane house Ben. That must have been one hell of a player to build that. I assume he lost about 15 mil when he sold it?
Sport players are known for wasting money on expensive crap like cars and mansions... after they retire, they are broke..
@@Spazik86 not necessarily
It was Ryan Howard who was playing for the Phillies at the time
Ben, I just found your channel tonight. You remind me of my father. He died in 2001. Keep up the great content.
