Ben truly smart man, knows that you never stop learning and can always learn more and take on board, even with such good knowledge already. Most older people are to stubborn to listen to anything a younger person has to say & will not learn anything new. Think that is what makes him truely successful he has been able to adapt. Keep up with the times, I really admire him for this amoung other reason.

I am new to the stock market. Every stock that I bought so far, I was out of luck because I bought them when they were expensive. I feel I missed on all the stock opportunities so far for the tech stocks.I believe having 75K yearly income would be a good investment so I want to plug all my savings into the stock market. I know this sounds a bit dull but I would like to know if I should learn investing or let somebody else (more capable like a FA) do it for me? Please share your thoughts. I am kind of tired of searching for a good stock to buy and loosing all the good opportunities :(

This is such good content. I'm so impressed with Kevin and Ben's synergy, the old meets the new. Could be a great TV show, think about it.
The exterior is much better, but Ben definitely cheaped out on the interior as Kevin pointed out. It's tough to figure out the type of person that would buy a house like that in that area. I think they're both visualizing entirely different people living there, and it will probably end up being someone in the middle. I tend to agree with Ben that someone buying that house would want to remodel it to their exact liking. It's all about the lot.

Ben, Ken is absolutely right. You are leaving so much money on the table. I flip luxury homes in Los Angeles for a living. Someone spending 12 Million has no desire to buy and spend 1.5 years designing and remodeling a house. They would build at that point. People with money want convenience, and the most convenient thing is turn key beautiful. You can spend $200k in that house additional and get an additional million easy.

I agree w/ Ben on the facade. I think the kitchen is fin as well. If the buyer wants some kind of adjustment ~ negotiate it then. Kevin has some good tips on some things.
