well im curious how many properties he sold ! he only showed us 2 places ! @Ben Mallah how many places did u sell for the 91 million cant leave us hangin like that! the affordable renting place was 1400x96= 134,400$ a month x 12=$1,612,800 x 5 years $8,064,000 , so isnt a property worth what it makes in 5 years right so that one is worth about 8 million!! next video show us the rest of the properteries maybe or right on here at least how many properties u sold to get 91 million!!

Nah, he was complaining about the color of the paint job. If Jr. had painted the buildings, he would be complaining more about the tens of thousands in unnecessary additional cost. Ben just likes to complain at times.
@@theotheleo6830 well that's just his personality. but you can't lie, it does work because it keeps his sons on their toes. that's going to motivate them to keep everything in tip-top shape. there will always be something to complain about; a higher level of success to attain, and that's a positive thing.

I bought my last property in November, it wasn’t affordable, however it is a perfect investment. It’s quite fascinating how an RA’ can also guide you to lucrative investments in the real estates markets, I put about $170k in February and this far I’ve gotten over 700% of what I put in, now I’m moving profits from stock investment to my real estate portfolio….

I’ve been watching LFS at least 5/6 years now. Ben comes across like a tyrant at times (lol) but you always catch him talking about affordable housing. I truly believe he wants to help the community. Yes it’s about making money but behind it all he remembers where he’s come from Rockaway Queens. As a fellow NYer (East Harlem) retired now Fla I commend Ben and the kids for doing what they do for the WORKING MAN. Keep up the fantastic job and hope to meet you guys one day.

There's more to it. The TH-cam money is nothing for him. What he's after is the expenses you can write off as an "influencer" as well as the tens of millions to be made in speaking events, courses, etc. The good thing is it doesn't come off that way bc he's genuine about it.
