    I turn 50 next month. After seven children and a busy life I lost my love of aerobics. I used to do them daily. I have been ON IT this week and I love it again. The first person I thought to look up was Denise. She began helping me with her pregnancy workout in the early- mid 90s. I was young then. Now I am getting older....with exercise again!

      I agree with you completely. I started working out with denise in 1991 when she was on lifetime after my daughter was born. Over the years I've had some health issues and gained a lot of weight so I started searching for denise's old workouts from her old show and I found all these new ones. She is so great at inspiring you during the workout to keep you going even when you feel like sitting down or quitting. She motivates me so now here I am at 45 starting g her workouts again. I love that she also has 10 minute cardio workouts. Those short workouts are great when you ate trying to build up your stamina and strength again. I love Denise! Shes the best

    Denise Austin is great. Love this. For all of you that are upset about the jumps just don't do them. It's so easy to just leave that part out. If I can't physically do something in a workout I just leave that part out. Glad I found some of her workouts on here. She's always been a favorite of mine. 💖

    I've done several of Denise Austin's videos over the past 10-15 years. I've enjoyed her spunk and reminders to suck in our gut and to stand up straight since I have a habit of slouching. I did this workout this morning. I watched it last night first. I thought I wasn't going to get through the whole thing, but I did! Sweated like a pig (well, I tend to sweat easily), but it was a lot of fun. I just have to remember to sit back on the one move where you stand on one foot so that I don't put all my weight on my knees. Denise is my favorite workout instructor.

    This is something everyone should do instead of boring jumping jacks or jump rope and these... This is so simple and also funny! I'm so bored of those stupid jumping cardios which are sometimes impossible to stand and too much hard to finish it, and this is the way how I found that cardio can be fun, not the whole hell! Thank you Denise for all your dance workouts, because they are lovely and I love doing them!

    I wish there was a pre-video to the main workout to show how to do these moves. I also have to adjust for a tiny living space with almost no room for fitness. I've always loved Denise's workouts though.

    I always liked her, and working out with her. I think she was someone who knew what she was doing. i missed working out with her, I just might start to work out with her again. Denise was cool.

    This low impact workout is very good to help Count down time. Helps with movement even if you're not as Young like these young ladies on the video. I added 3 pound weights.🌹

    Denise is a very good teacher but her cueing has always been terrible. Low impact means 1 foot is always in contact with the floor (no jumping jacks).

    I love Denise's workouts! I used to work out watching her years ago and now I'm back. Can't do too many stomach exercises due to an old umbilical hernia so this one is just perfect to help me shed some pounds and get me back in shape. I really do feel it afterwards and I love it! Already lost 2 pounds with this video in a week and plan to keep going! Thanks Denise for a great work out, as always. :)

    Thank you for the great workout, it is very good ( I do leave out the parts were I have to jump lol) for me after a C-section it may be two years ago but it is still hard to do some things....I have tried others but ended up having to live on pain killers for days after....but now I have been doing Denise's workout for a week I am not ready to give up yet....and one day I will be able to get back to the harder ones.....

    I just did a juilian Michaels work out , nope not fun for me! She was too advanced. I love this, I like a low impact workouts, just easier on me. I will do this next time!

    Wow. It’s been a long time since I worked out with Denise. I forgot how fun (and effective) her workouts can be. I am sure I was either two steps behind or did not get all the routines correct, yet I had fun with this workout. Not to mention I am totally sweaty now. I need to look for more of her stuff to try.

    So glad I came across this! I did this workout last night. I'm very out of shape and I get frustrated with aerobics video that are too high impact when they say they are low impact. I was able to do this entire workout without stopping and I was drenched in sweat by the time it was over. It was so fun! There were only two moves I couldn't do...a jumping one so I just walked in place and this twisting "high heel" move thing she did lol. My left knee doesn't like to twist that way so I just walked in place on that part as well.

    This is an AWESOME workout for beginners or days where you want to do some lower intensity routines. You still sweat a bunch! I love how she keeps reminding you that you are burning fat, it keeps you going. I always laugh when she says "Squeeze that butt! If you don't no one else will!" LOL!
