    I like her workouts because they're easy to do and not very hard on the body but they still make a difference and keep you fit. I've managed to shape my body and get a slight six pack just by doing these 10 and 12-minute workouts every other day for the past few months. Plus, I feel a lot healthier and just better in general.

    I'm amazed, thinking Denise was a few years younger than me, turns our she's 8 mos. older. She beat me to age 56 y/o. I've watched Denise on TV in the 80's & 90's. If there's anyone who can help you maintain your youth for as long as you can, it's Denise. She has my complete respect. Just bought her book "Side Effect Skinny", & believe me, it's worth your money if you (men and women) do more than read it. Do as she recommends and you'll transform yourself.

    Denise Austin is my motivation to help me lose weight & I've got the desire to start lifting weights again , but I'm NOT starting my diet until - January 1st 2021.
    But at least I know that I'm serious about doing it in the New Year !!!

    I love Denise's workouts! I do them 4-5 times a week. They are great low impact workouts that do work your heart and whole body. You don't have to do high impact aerobics to lose weight, work your heart muscle, or tone up your body. That's a mistake it seems some people have thought and commented on here and other comment sections under Denise's videos here on you tube.

    What a great workout. I have done a number of her workouts over the years and she loves doing the mambo and samba (and box step). She keeps getting better and better over the years.

    love her videos she is fun i use to do very challenging cardio in my younger years but now am paying the price bad knee and this are perfect besides all the sports gurus said slow is way better than fast your body benefits faster if i new that in my younger years i low on my jumping and fast track love you dennis

    I agree with Zoha. Her constant talking first of all helps explain the exercises, esp for me with the dance style because it moves to different moves quickly and it's hard to remember at times! Then she is so motivating and I think that's important too. Have you seen Cassey Ho (my other fav) she talks constantly but she's motivating too...and she's real! And the simple remember to breathe is a great reminder at times too! Only the haters complain about Denise, Cassey, etc. Good Luck!

    It's helpful, esp if you explain about how that specific move helps the transformation of the body. Needless to say that positive encouragement from the teacher is really motivating.

    This will be awesome for my zumba gold warmup. Moves are basic enough yet have that dance feel I need with lots of repeats. Very nice.

    actually i watched Denise Austin workouts in japan television at 4am in the morning, when i was at age 23 over not sure! i have much fun of doing it now i'm 52 still having fun

    I am not lazy. I simply don't prefer Denise's voice and constant, "Good, good, that's right, you got it, let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Get moving." I do, however, love Richard Simmons and Chalene Johnson. I also love Cassey Ho. Sorry. If others here can tolerate Denise, then that's awesome!! I just find HER to be distracting with her way of talking, but her workouts themselves are great. That said, I own her pregnancy workout and the kids' dvd. I usually choose Turbo Jam or TurboFire, though. Chalene is spunky and funny. Oh, and you can't be lazy during her workouts. They are fun yet challenging (which is what makes great bodies). I have also found success with Sweatin' to the Oldies. Tried and true. Everyone stop fighting and get MOVING!!!

    I think the reason her workouts aren't too difficult is because her audience is beginners or people who aren't yet at a level where they can handle super challenging exercise. They work for me because I'm not looking for anything too intense. I think that's her reasoning. :)

    I like this dance routine. I love working out with Denise Austin and then sometimes I like working out with Jullian. Anyways, sorry for the typos. I don't know her well. BUt anyways, I'm really into working out alot, but lately I've been slacking off and not working out like a normal routine like other people would in the mroning and then again at night type stuff. I want to work out twice a day and then hopefully I will loosse weight. Becuase I need to go back down to 120. Where I was since last person I was living with had a problem with my excersize. Always practice your righteouseness. I say. :D Its our God given right too.

    I've never found her workouts particularly challenging but I marvel at the fact that she is in her 50's. Maybe I should stick with her workouts. *shrugs*

    raspberry ketones...regardless of their bad rap actually work for me. vinager before workouts added with water help me too. senna tea keeps me balanced as well bit senna is easily abused. water pills also remove the weight

    why do even spam adds show up here. I've lost 30 lbs by just running every morning and swimming an hr every night. avoid eating after six and there are tons more secrets I use but I have lost weight so fast Im having a hard time keeping clothes that fit. its all about what the hell u put in ur mouth and how much of it

    Just curious...those of you who use this for your exercise...do you find the constant talking or verbal cuing helpful or not..or irritating...just wondering as I am trying to figure out a teaching style that is best.
