I was introduced to Denise's workouts as a little girl of maybe about 10 years old--my mom would put them on the TV and my sister and I would join in! Now I'm 22 and doing this in my college apartment before class! I love how Denise encourages weight loss not because you "should", but because you'll just FEEL better! She never compares or tells you how to be, but just wants you to have a higher quality of life. Thanks Denise for all these years of workouts!

I've been doing this workout for one month now, maybe like 2-3 times a week and than I had 1 week break and now I'm back on track 2 times a day!. This is the best workout that I ever had. The exercices are very pleasant and easy to do. I never enjoyed myself when doing exercices till I discovered this video. I truly come back to it when I feel that I need to move my as* and burn some fat. As someone that struggles with knees, I don't find these exercices puting too much weight on them, they don't hurt me afterwards which is rare. If you can't do some exercices there is always a girl on the right in the front row who is showing a simplified version of them which is nice that actually someone thought about it ( because we fatties are often forget in workout abilities). My physical condition is amazing and it's still getting better. In subway I'm the one speeding up the stairs when everyone else is behind, I start to loose some inches in my thights, butt, belly fat! I really really enjoy the form of it and I find this workout the most effective comparing to those that I've tried for the pas 3 years. I wanted to underline also that I eat as I always did- I eat like a pig and I am happy with my results so I suppose when I will put away all the sweets, cakes, etc etc I will get faster in shape but no pressure.
This workout really helped me before, I really lose so much weight. And now I am gaining weight again since I stopped working out and eating so much junk foods, so I am back here again and will use this again as part of my workout.

It depends on your diet as well. Increase you water, fruits and veggies. Your weight loss is different depending on many factors. Metabolism, food intake, sleep and definitely your fat/muscle ratio. This is a great workout, my first since my surgery last month. I did a 20 min walk this workout and stretching. Happy transformation. I feel energetic!
I've been working out with Denise for over 20 years on lifetime and various other networks. she still looks the same 20 years later. Her workouts are sometimes short,however very effective. The results show in a matter of 3-4 weeks if you stick to it 5 days a week. Love you Denise! !

I'm 15 and have been doing this workout for a couple of months. My aim at the beginning of becoming healthier was to loose at least a stone in a year. I've been doing this workout everyday for I think 3 months and I've lost just under a stone. (Of course this isn't including holidays and days when I'm super busy or sick) I'm so happy with my results , obviously I've changed my diet and food that I eat. I shall continue to use this workout video as I find Denise very encouraging and I love her energy and I also love the majority of the exercises (give or take one or two) and I love the music that goes alongside it. 😊 xx
I like denise and I have used her allot in the past and enjoy her motivation and work outs. This is nice for when you dont have allot of time. I am forcing myself to work out everyday now I missed this weekend and im pretty disappointed in myself so I found this short one so I have no excuses:) I really need to loose like 20-25lbs and tone up. I have lost 40 from april from just cutting out eating late and stuff but you dont get toned up that way.
Really want to lose 20 pounds and Iv been doing this once a day, 6 days a week for three weeks and it has really helped! I take a 2 minute break half way through and eating healthier and I feel great and now im almost at my goal!
I tried out this workout 6 months ago and 6 min in I was out of breath! Then I lost 28 lbs by adjusting my nutrition lifestyle and going low carb. Today I started and was able to go through the whole workout! Aiming to do it every morning and night... still 40 lbs to go!

I was doing the Jillian Michaels one and i was building up the time each time i did it but I got really bored after the 4th ( I never once managed to finish the while thing it's 55 mins) so i stopped lol. I didn't diet. But when I was losing weight i did this 2-3x everynight. Now I do it once, everynight. It's only 10 mins! I just finished my 10 mins.. making sure I don't gain the weight back.
She's been around what seems like forever.. While everyone is doing zumba.. P90 and other stuff.. She's still cranking it out.. Kudos to her for keeping on.. And not giving up.. I've never done any of her workouts but I'm open to try..
I just found out about your videos. The doctor told me I really need to loose weight. In the last two & half months I've dropped 19 pounds. In the midst of being stuck at home due to covid-19, I'm desperate to get in a decent workout i(I was a gym regular). I can't find workout videos that I really like, and lost my old Denise Austin DVD (total body blast). It was always a good workout, so I came to search if there were any other videos from her online...glad to find these. I'm going to do this one today.
I never thought I’d be able to finish the whole thing but after a few goes I’m able to do the entire thing and a few other exercises after that!!! So happy, persistence!!! So good when you can push yourself to do something you never thought you could do!
Denise, I've been doing this workout 2x a week for the past month and I have already lost a few inches. (I don't have a hard time zipping up my pants anymore and my thighs easily slip into them as well!) I definitely can understand that. The only thing I could recommend is to make small goals like losing 2 pounds a week, watch your snack intake, and keep your body moving no matter what you do. I hope that helps.

This is a really good workout when I first did this I took lots of little breaks but now after doing this workout for about a week I can do it with out taking any breaks and I could diffidently see a result I lost 3k and I've been doing this workout for about three weeks now so highly recommend this for anyone who is trying to loose weight.

I know this is kinda late to reply hah. But I don't really look at my messages. Well I drank lots of water and ran a mile 3 times a week. And tbh I didn't really change my eating habits. I just found ways to put healthy stuff in my foods.
this is just perfect for an asthmatic! First it was hard to not have breaks to catch my breath.. But after 5 days I can do this and actually finish it! I sweat so much while doing this and can definitely feel the fat burn! This workout has great structure for someone who wants to be put on edge but not so that you end up giving up!

Tried this workout a couple of times and it is great for those wishing to build up their fitness. My fitness wasn't too great and doing this while going running has really improved it. Definitely recommend!

I am 55 years old and needed to loose weight.I started doing this workout about 4 months ago and I could only do the really easy bits. Now, by doing the workout and going to slimming world I have lost a stone and can do almost all of the harder bits. I also like very much the way Denise keeps encouraging you and reminds you about what you should be trying to do. Don't ever give up. Thank you Denise.

Started doing this 4 days ago! Not as easy as it looks. I'm 21 and I weigh 94.5kgs. So I obviously find it very hard. I take breaks it between but make it point to do the whole thing. Will keep updating :D

This video disappeared from my downloads and I mourned, I don't want to lie💔 my heart broke every time I'd look and search for it with no avail. I'm so happy I tried again, I'm teary. I love this workout even my 5yr old daughter loves. It would call for me even when I was lazy to exercise and I would get up and find joy in doing it. Oh Thank God I found it again. This work out really helped me. I was doing this when i was 15 for like 4 months straight and i lost so much weight maybe 5 kilos and my face got thin as well as my legs and arms but then i stopped and now im back to doing it. I was also watching the food im eating and combining it with biking and little bit of dancing :) at first its really hard but u will get used to it:) goodluckk☺️☺️☺️

Tried this workout a couple of times and it is great for those wishing to build up their fitness. My fitness wasn't too great and doing this while going running has really improved it. Definitely recommend!
This workout is great, this is my 2nd day doing it and I feel the burn! The sweat is flowing and it is a good challenge for me.

I am 55 years old and needed to loose weight.I started doing this workout about 4 months ago and I could only do the really easy bits. Now, by doing the workout and going to slimming world I have lost a stone and can do almost all of the harder bits. I also like very much the way Denise keeps encouraging you and reminds you about what you should be trying to do. Don't ever give up. Thank you Denise.

Started doing this 4 days ago! Not as easy as it looks. I'm 21 and I weigh 94.5kgs. So I obviously find it very hard. I take breaks it between but make it point to do the whole thing. Will keep updating :D

This was an awesome workout! I was going to give up at minute 8 but then i stopped checking the time and the workout flew past. I am actually sweating, and I don't realy sweat much during workouts.

This work out really helped me. I was doing this when i was 15 for like 4 months straight and i lost so much weight maybe 5 kilos and my face got thin as well as my legs and arms but then i stopped and now im back to doing it. I was also watching the food im eating and combining it with biking and little bit of dancing :) at first its really hard but u will get used to it:) goodluckk☺️☺️☺️

well.. if you read about exercising.. 20 minutes is actually the least.. YES it's the least.. :-S medium 30 mins and long is 40, but if you want.. 1 hour..
first day trying this and it kicked my ass after 10 mins Lol.. my goal is to be able to do the whole thing by next Monday
