      Exercising and fast walking helps a lot. But the most important part is diet. But eating a low carb low fat diet with lean organic protein is key. Just give up sugar, white flour processed and fried foods. And keep it simple: lots of veggies, salads, eggs, fish, yoghurt, tofu, nuts and seeds and no snacking! Good luck 😍

    even i have lost 22 kgs i was 74 post pregnancy now i am 52kg without gym but dieting at home that is proper healthy diet without any support from anybody and i am very thankful to god that he gave me strength and sabr to achieve my target within 1 year

      When I was pregnant I ate a lot of sweets. People also keep feeding you too much. Best way is to eat healthy even during pregnancy. I regret that I didn't control my food intake at that time.

    I gave birth to baby on 25th April 2019 (15 months before) and weighed exact 83 kgs. I exactly felt all that you mentioned. Felt so weak mentally physically.Everyone would say I have become fat n they only say it’s common during pregnancy. Inside I felt low. Right after giving birth I started eating healthy. After 3 months started walking. Slowly started cardio, home workout. I checked with Gym body n soul, was about to join but COVID-19 started n no one to take care of baby. I workout when baby is sleeping 😴. Today after 15 months I weigh 62 kgs. Target 🎯 is 57-58 kgs. Still working on that with home 🏋️‍♀️ workout. People like you motivates me to push myself. It’s hard 💦😓

      Hey i like ur weight loss journey even i also gained lots of weight the same question some ppl asked me which month feeling so depressive I am also depressed by my weight even I m suffering with some health issue also but I really want to loose my weight like before I was i dont know i will I do but want to do that I also joined gym nothing work yaar don't know what to do its so tuff time for me no words to explain it plz help me.     After c section and breast feeding for last 3 nd half yrs i put on weight 45 to 55...now i m 32 and my weight is 55 ...i m so much tens for this...nd as a mom and a student of llb 3rd yr i hv busy schedule in a day...nd daily exercise is little tough for me..but i hv to reduce my weight to 45 again hope best...

    i was pregnant and gained like 22-23kgs . in was just in my recovery phase and some very closeeee people started pointing out i was fat and i will remain like this now .
    and instantlyy i decided to move and lose all the weight . so just before delivery i was 82 kgs and now 5 month postpartum i am 65 kgs still some more to go . 💪🏽💪🏽

      Breastfeeding can really help to lose weight .. get a good Breastpump if needed like diya Breastpump or medela freestyle or medela maxi swing

    Related to me ...i was 72 kgs at the tym of my delivery 10 months ago...now 67 kgs without doing anything...someday ago a girl age of 18 or 19 call me aunty ..n i was shocked...bro i m just 22 yrs n she call me aunty...that effect me a lot now i want to loose wgt like crazy ..but dont get the real idea what to do...near me there is no gym for girls only for boys so can anyone suggest what to do to loose wgt initially...ryt now i do treadmill n some light exercise n working on my food ....

    Yes it hard when you get a c-section getting back to exercise it's not easy and finding you in TH-cam and see easy it's on our self to do this we can do it.
