It can be done! I changed my mindset when I started watching videos like this. Within 3 weeks of taking the rubbish food from my diet and doing light exercises I've lost 7kg..that may not be a lot to some people but yesterday when a friend noticed that I've lost weight it's motivated me to keep up the good work that I'm doing for myself! 7 kg is a lot. I lost 3 kgs in 3 weeks and I am happy but I eat only fruits and vegetables salads and little nuts. It's amazing to loose 7 kgs in 3 weeks . You can be very happy🎉

Vanlal thatluangi I just started mine.. I do skipping every morning with a skipping rope. Since it’s convenient to use and it’s not expensive. I go for running on weekends. And sometimes I do a bit of exercise and yoga to increase flexibility. And for my diet I started eating a quarter of what I used to eat. I cut down rice, sugar and Junk food. I started eating fruits for dinner and sometimes skipping dinner.. it has been 2 weeks of doing this and I lost almost 5 kgs. You could try doing intermittent fasting for faster results. And try eating dinner at 6/ 7pm and not late at night, I used to do it and now I regret it.

Black coffee played a vital part in it..
1st and most important, we need to stay focused, persistent and patience. There is no weight loss pill but just strong will power.
I avoided all fast food, oil, rice n flour.
I didnt stop eating all above in one day, but it took me 6 months, to leave them gradually. And after six or seven months, I was following these steps strictly.
1) full big mug of hot water as soon as I open my eyes.
2) after half an hr, one cup if black coffee without sugar.
3) after an hour, one bread with one slice of cheese and egg.
4) then broccoli cooked with chicken or any other vegetables cooked with asian style but with no oil. Along with jo and bajray( millet) ki roti.(very small portion).
5) between 4 to 5, must eat beetroot n papaya on daily basis till date).
Dinner must not be late by 7 or 7 30 and must include, chicken, fish or red meat but without oil at all.
And right before sleeping, half cup of hot whole milk with one spoon of coconut oil, and half tea spoon of turmeric, 10 to 12 raisins, 7 almonds, 2 to 3 walnuts. Taking it till date and it helped me a alot in maintaining my skin, indeed I'm 40 but look exactly like 22 or 23, withthe grace of God.
LAST N MOST IMPORTANT,IT IS MORE THAN 2 YEARS BY NOW, EVEN IN PEAK SUMMERS, I DRINK PROPER HOT WATER.
I reduced weight with diet n walk helped me just 20 percent.

Me too the same ,bachpan se moti thee, leon I do EVAFITNESS in TH-cam and diet and already lost 3 kg in 3 weeks, I was 102 kg the first year after my second child in 2010 i lost 8 kg, and from 94 kg I lost already 3 kg now with eva aerobics. I'm positive ,I'm healthy, I can run in the morning to accompany the children af school ,its the feeling that I never got before.

I salute your courage and determination.
Carbs rich food like rice doesn't make you fat but the portion u consume make u fat. We need carbs to get energy. The basic rule of weight of simply
1. Drink lots of water
2. No junk food, or a small portion of it once a week.
3. No sugar (myself restrict sugar but I love Amul dark chocolate, so I consume 1 small cube of it once a day)
4. Exercise at least 20 to 1hr in a day (MORNING - myself do skipping rope everyday or at least 5 times in a week ; 700 skips in total, 70 skips in each round followed by 15 to 30 sec break in between. EVENING - Chloe ting abs workout which u can find on utube)
5. Portion control of food intake
6. No processed fruit juice, coke, energy drink or any other sugary drinks.
7. More protein rich food like egg,cheese,meat etc.
8. Keep a tract of yourself, measure your weight early in the morning once a week before consuming anything. In the beginning of weight loss journey, you may loose upto 4 kg in the 1st month & then the number of kg decreases in the consecutive months but don't loose hope. In the beginning, the weight u loose isn't fat but water weight.
9. Maintain a diary starting from Day 1. Set a goal of loosing 2 to 3 kg in a month. If u loose 2 kg in a month, u are doing great.
10. Love yourself and respect your body. Give yourself enough time for the change. Weight loose is a journey and can't be done overnight.
11. Don't follow any diet plans which u can't even follow for your entire life.

Me is 62kg now and my target is 50kg i wanted to loss 12 kg. Coz iam with my friends i really felt uncomfortable because they all are lean.
ou should take into consideration your own height... If you're 165cm then 62 is good, maybe dropping 2 kg or 3 is enough.
Try to cut sugar and exercise to get a good shape... nothing beats a beautifully shaped body.

Now I am 57 kgs.
By yoga and walking. Some changes done in my routine. Avoid sugar, refined flour, refined oil, junk food. Always track my meals and try to burn atleast 40-50% of calorie intake. Drink lots of water 💦
I have done diploma in weight loss and diet planning and it helps me a lot.

It's not necessary that u have to give up gluten rice for ur weight loss.. Eat in a portion control. Ur diet shud b like that.. U can follow it to a longer time.... Wheat has less gluten
