    Ws 76 ...got motivated ...lost 13 kgs n got pregnant after 7 years all natural( evn tough ws planing to go for IVF) ...your health z imp...work on it.

    M feel the same thing now I had twin babies Nd during pregnancy i gained around 25 kg I lost 17 kg easily after my delivery but now my weight is stable with that extra fat Nd it’s really challenging for me to lose that 8 kg extra with twins

    Guys just do walking and if possible do household work. I had 2 c sections. Yet i lost my weight doing above 2 things. Dont compromise on food nor do dieting..we will become weak internally. Just avoid junk foods and fried items. Eat home food. It really works

      Hi, i lost 8 kgs. Make sure you have brown rice instead of white rice. Cut short all carbs and sugars. And try to finish your dinner before 6 pm evening. Dont eat anything after 6 pm. Try to include more protein in ur lunch. Avoid deep fried items.. Drink atleast 3 litres of water. In between if u r hungry eat nuts like almond, and walnut 5 to 6 each. Keep checking your calorie intake..should not exceed 2000 calories daily. Install step counting app in ur mobile and walk 10,000 steps. Finishing dinner before 6 will create wonders. Try this..all the best.

    Dont know why but I love this video...this woman has so much simplicity...she seems so innocent...so innocently shes told everything shes gone through...for people it seems only 15 kgs but ppl who are short like 5.3 for them 72 is a big number...i was 77 i have come down to 72 I knw how difficult it is...lookin at this video it gives me lot of motivation....hats of lady...this is heartouching....❤️

    Mera delivery ke time 70 Kg tha weight. Baby deliver hote hi mera weight 60Kg ho gaya. Ghar aane ke baad 40 days main mera weight 61 hua.

      Generally many housewives start eating more at home thats why they become so fat. Being a housewife u dont need too much calories. u can easily become slim in 5-6 months just by cutting 200-300 calories each day and thats not too much .

Ar ha sirf garam pani peeya maine . Abi mera weight 60 kg h

    Haha..i m now 32 yrs old..and my baby is 4 yr running born by c-section..till today breast feeding...5 yrs back i was 40 kg..thn now i put on weight during lockdown to 57 kg ...and i quit rice for 5 days in a week in lunch..and take 2 rotis in lunch and variety food in dinner..i want to get back my flat tummy and zero flesh body..i do 400 skipping,500 high knees,100 jumping jack daily two times...i will update soon..

    You know what, i actually need such a motivation like this and you did that . Im a mother of a lovely baby boy and proud of that but im not feeling comfortable in my new body . I was around 73 kg at the time of delivry. Now after almost 8 month im 61 kg. Despite of being tried alot i cant loose any more weight just the way u said and feeling very demotivated, sad . In laws said that you should mentain that weight and its fine. But i cant take it. Watching my old clothes are a big disappointment for me.

    I had 1 C section few days back . I was 83 kg now I m 74 kg. Exclusive breastfeed will decrease your weight. Give breastfeed at least 6 months. In my opinion you are what you eat. 90% diet apna role play krti hai ap jaise dikhte ho, fat or slim. Fir or unfit. Apka weight apki height ke according hona chahiye 2-3 kg Kam or jyda chalta hai according to me. Mai 6 months breastfeed ke bad diet plan krungi. Protein 90% hoga diet me meri , no sugar, no carbs. Diabetic patients ki diet bhi follow kr skte hain ap. 99% apka weight reduce hoga. Exercise and gym se itna kuch ni hota, jab tak ap apni diet plan krke ni lenge.

    At the time of delivery my weight was 83 and after delivery my weight was 80 and now my baby is 14 months and my weight is 60 and I'm not looking slim my arms and belly fat was same I'm doing so much excerices still in weight loss process my target is 54 nice to see u

    Whn i delivered my baby i was 77 . I also had c -section, n felt really weak. Within 2 weeks i can feel that i was too weak to do anything, as i lost straight 10 kg . I want to loose my bulging belly but can't think of any solution. Now 3 weeks has been past so waiting for few more weeks to go.

      Too much dear...do a BMI calculation and aim to lose that number...slowly...cutting sugar and daily walk really work along with 1.5-2 liters of water...all the best

    I am pregnant 6 months but not everyone comes back in their original Weight. Before pregnancy I had lost 20 kg Weight but since I became pregnant I gave up on all fad diets. But on diet you become so weak internally. Being a mother don't we need more calories ?

      @@kittusharma205 first ask your doctor, what type of exercise that you can do. And what diet did you have to take without decreasing breastmilk. If you have any other health issue like Pcod or pcos, you can start intermittent fasting.

    I lost weight without doing any effort 😂😂, just breastfeeding and eating as per my requirement. I ate white rice 😂😂 pulses , and everything that I want to eat , But yes I took luke warm water for almost 5-6 month!!! I am mother of two 👭. No exercise just spending time with my kids !!! 😂❤️

      Breastfeeding doesn't end up losing weight...this is the way your age and metabolism that decides ur entire body...some ladies are eating way too much and still they did not end up gaining weight...so, breastfeed and weightloss are 2 different journey
