Guys just do walking and if possible do household work. I had 2 c sections. Yet i lost my weight doing above 2 things. Dont compromise on food nor do dieting..we will become weak internally. Just avoid junk foods and fried items. Eat home food. It really works
Hi, i lost 8 kgs. Make sure you have brown rice instead of white rice. Cut short all carbs and sugars. And try to finish your dinner before 6 pm evening. Dont eat anything after 6 pm. Try to include more protein in ur lunch. Avoid deep fried items.. Drink atleast 3 litres of water. In between if u r hungry eat nuts like almond, and walnut 5 to 6 each. Keep checking your calorie intake..should not exceed 2000 calories daily. Install step counting app in ur mobile and walk 10,000 steps. Finishing dinner before 6 will create wonders. Try this..all the best.

You know what, i actually need such a motivation like this and you did that . Im a mother of a lovely baby boy and proud of that but im not feeling comfortable in my new body . I had 1 C section few days back . I was 83 kg now I m 74 kg. Exclusive breastfeed will decrease your weight. Give breastfeed at least 6 months. In my opinion you are what you eat. 90% diet apna role play krti hai ap jaise dikhte ho, fat or slim. Fir or unfit. Apka weight apki height ke according hona chahiye 2-3 kg Kam or jyda chalta hai according to me. Mai 6 months breastfeed ke bad diet plan krungi. Protein 90% hoga diet me meri , no sugar, no carbs. Diabetic patients ki diet bhi follow kr skte hain ap. 99% apka weight reduce hoga. Exercise and gym se itna kuch ni hota, jab tak ap apni diet plan krke ni lenge.

Whn i delivered my baby i was 77 . I also had c -section, n felt really weak. Within 2 weeks i can feel that i was too weak to do anything, as i lost straight 10 kg . I want to loose my bulging belly but can't think of any solution. Now 3 weeks has been past so waiting for few more weeks to go.
Too much dear...do a BMI calculation and aim to lose that number...slowly...cutting sugar and daily walk really work along with 1.5-2 liters of water...all the best

Breastfeeding doesn't end up losing weight...this is the way your age and metabolism that decides ur entire body...some ladies are eating way too much and still they did not end up gaining weight...so, breastfeed and weightloss are 2 different journey

Apka weight apki height ke according hona chahiye 2-3 kg Kam or jyda chalta hai according to me. Mai 6 months breastfeed ke bad diet plan krungi. Protein 90% hoga diet me meri , no sugar, no carbs. Diabetic patients ki diet bhi follow kr skte hain ap. 99% apka weight reduce hoga. Exercise and gym se itna kuch ni hota, jab tak ap apni diet plan krke ni lenge.

Whn i delivered my baby i was 77 . I also had c -section, n felt really weak. Within 2 weeks i can feel that i was too weak to do anything, as i lost straight 10 kg . I want to loose my bulging belly but can't think of any solution. Now 3 weeks has been past so waiting for few more weeks to go.

I am pregnant 6 months but not everyone comes back in their original Weight. Before pregnancy I had lost 20 kg Weight but since I became pregnant I gave up on all fad diets. But on diet you become so weak internally. Being a mother don't we need more calories ?

@@kittusharma205 first ask your doctor, what type of exercise that you can do. And what diet did you have to take without decreasing breastmilk. If you have any other health issue like Pcod or pcos, you can start intermittent fasting.

I lost weight without doing any effort 😂😂, just breastfeeding and eating as per my requirement. I ate white rice 😂😂 pulses , and everything that I want to eat , But yes I took luke warm water for almost 5-6 month!!! I am mother of two 👭. No exercise just spending time with my kids !!! 😂❤️

Breastfeeding doesn't end up losing weight...this is the way your age and metabolism that decides ur entire body...some ladies are eating way too much and still they did not end up gaining weight...so, breastfeed and weightloss are 2 different journey
