Josh, if I remember correctly, methanol is also what the big trucks use for air brake system antifreeze. That way anyone could purchase it “over the counter”. Again, that’s IF I remember correctly 😁
With some tweaking I think you could make it work. Didn't like to stay tuned. 🤔 never ran it in a chain saw but definitely used it on drag cars with boost. Timing was always the and atomization was biggest factors.
