The sledge is good but the maxx is so nice to be a truck? The sledge is a truggy, and in my head the truggy will “handle” corner and laps better then the maxx?🤔 like I sad the maxx is a multi car!! Nice video guys keep up the good work👍🏻👑
The original Sledge had unbelted tyres, however the new 2024 version has belted tyres and a few other changes.You can probably find both versions for sale right now.
@TeamRC3D I wish they made a 1/10 Sledge / more competitive price with the max.. the one you were testing was the maxx wide body? I like the max profile but I really do like the Finn and the wide body / handling of the slege. But I don't think the price difference is sufficient enough for me to pull the trigger on the Sledge versus the max. Any thoughts? Thank you so much for replying to me
New sub.. good video, what did you change the pinion spur gears to for the bigger tires on the maxx. Nevermind, must been the camera made them look bigger on one side

Thanks. We didn't change the gearing when fitting the Badlands as they are about the same size as the original Sledgehammer tyres.
Do you recommend the Maxx V2 over the Kraton V5 6S, or Outcast extreme bash 6S RTR ? I'm torn between these 3 RC Vehicle's.
We haven't tested all of those so can't say for sure but we feel the maxx is one of the most underrated traxxas trucks
I have both and it's hard to explain but I like the Maxx better, it's just too smooth.

Those are Pro-Line Badlands 3.8 - we find them the best for grass and loose surfaces. 👍🏼
