It was an arranged marriage and from the third month, I started understanding we both carry extremely different opinions, beliefs, dreams and expectations. He wants a working wife, modern, independent, fit, but also a wife who can cook, clean and do all household chores with ease alone. I am tired of his complaints as he never helps or does nothing but complain that I missed ordering this, cooked a different item or different way. I feel so tired of these complaints as I am tired and need some help too

It is mutual for us, and we are just starting the paperwork.I’m also a Filipina and all of my aunts and my mom got divorced, everyone on my husband’s side is divorced, and I didn’t want the same fate, but for our reason, it will not work out.
That is a great question. I hadn't had any kids in my divorce, luckily, but I am a child of divorced parents and I recall how difficult it was. However, it was also difficult because my parents were very bitter and upset toward each other for many years so it is hard to find peace. I do believe that each parent should do what is best for them because it is better that they are happy so that the kids can be happy as well.
One tip: get over yourself and understand what duty is! You do whatever is necessary to make it work for the kids...the most selfish act one can do! Facts are you will never find anything better than what you have and you will end up dying alone
I appreciate your sharing your opinion here and I believe that we all must do what is the best - and I'm quite aware that sometimes the best is not the easiest choice. I do not agree that you will never find anything better than what you have - it may be out there and it may not but who are any of us to say it is "never" better?
