    I have an unhealthy obsession with eggs. I could eat them all day if I could and after watching this I might just do that 🤣 thank you for sharing another amazing healthy way to eat and live. I really need to start living a healthier life 😅

      I love eggs too, but I think after this diet I’ll need a break from them 😂 I don’t think this diet is actually really healthy since there’s no much variety of foods and nutrients + having too many eggs isn’t good for everyone… I guess this diet could work with some modifications and it was just a fun experiment!

      Thank you so much dear Eman! I’m sure you look gorgeous too 🥰🌹🌸 Please don’t be too hard on yourself - this diet isn’t good for long term, it’s better to find something that will be suitable for you forever… Just eating the way that makes you feel comfortable ( and not too restrictive ) and finding the activity that you’d enjoy 🤍 Balance is the key. I love hard boiled eggs but not that much to have them for most meals. I like having different flavors as well. Plus eggs are so expensive here right now! This diet would hurt my budget 😂😂😂! But that’s cool to know you weren’t as hungry on this diet. Good to know!

      Ahahaha, yes, variety of foods is important for sure! After this diet I'm going to have a break from the eggs for few weeks I guess. I'm surprised to hear that eggs are expensive in US, really? In most countries they are one of the most budget-friendly sources of protein... Way cheaper than fish or meat...

      @@TatianaKurnosova Yeah they are usually cheap but they have gotten so expensive to supposed bird flu. Last week I bought 18 eggs for $9.35 USD. For reference, a year ago I bought the same pack of eggs for $1.45 USD. So annoying!

      Hello dear, hope you’re feeling well and not being too hard on yourself 🙏🏻❤️✨ It’s absolutely OK if something goes not the way we planned, you are beautiful as you are already!
      Try not to focus on numbers - our body is constantly changing due to hormones, the way we eat, drink etc. The most important thing is the way you feel 🤍
      And if you feel like you need some changes, just try taking it slow and choosing the diet / lifestyle that suits you and is stress - free.
      Egg diet is quite strict and definitely isn’t for everyone. Please find something that brings you joy and keep the balance.

      Oh, I think after this diet I'll need a break from eggs too...
      If you like its taste but don't like the smell, try having soft - boiled eggs (I believe they smell less ) or just add some spices and herbs or cook them with some veggies - tomatoes, carrots, bell peppers. I also like making an omelet with soy sauce and some plant-based milk (just mix everything together before cooking). You can also use only egg whites for the protein, just try to experiment a little bit and I'm sure you'll find what works best for you🤍

    Whats the diet menu?

  • @PeyloBeauty
    @PeyloBeauty 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +5

    Hell no. I was actually there when the egg diet popped off and I did it.. for way too long. I developed an ED. I starved myself thinking a couple eggs were enough for a day, even during Ramadan (may I be forgiven) but now I went all the way back to binge eating. I recommend being veeeeery cautious and healthy!! Btw, a couple years later and I still got the ick from eggs and chicken. I can eat chicken breast cut into cubes mixed with sauce for pasta. For eggs, when I tried to go back eating them and it went well a couple times I still, unfortunately, experienced new icks. What I recommend (for binge eaters): eat healthy but don’t overeat. Once you feel like „ok my body isn’t really hungry rn“ then stop. Use smaller plates to make your meal look much bigger, EXERCISE pls, at first you can’t exercise for a good 20 minutes but trust me, with every day of exercising you‘ll be able to do so for HOURS even at once. So trust in time. And also very important, treat yourself! It is not a crime to snack on something small every day. Like a cookie for example. AND DRINK LOOOOTS OF WATER. Water is everything. It makes you lose weight, drinking it reminds you that you aren’t craving food, but just felt thirsty, it will reduce face swellings! You‘ll look and feel healthier.

    • @TatianaKurnosova
      @TatianaKurnosova  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hello dear, first of all, thank you so much for sharing your experience and I'm so sorry that you've been though ED and had hard times. Hope you're doing OK now❤️
      I absolutely agree that strict diets don't work at all and the best way to maintain / achieve your dream body is simply eating healthy and not limiting yourself in anything - balance is the key. I actually eat cookies every day lol
      Personally I love eggs, but to be honest after filming this diet vlog I was tired of having them too and needed a break.
      I've filmed this video for fun only and understand that egg diet isn't sustainable and not supposed to be followed long term. Actually every mono - diet that includes only few groups of products isn't sustainable, because we don't get enough nutrients and end up craving for more food (I guess we crave for diversity of food) even when we're full.
      Anyways, thank you for watching and sending you hugs ~

      I believe it will stay quite stable if you won't rapidly increase your calorie intake right after finishing this diet. I personally tried it just for fun - the original author (Versatile Vicky) promises that you will lose 10kg in a week, yet I can't confirm or deny this since for me it was just a diet for few days and I didn't expect anything from it. I believe more balanced eating ( and not strict dieting ) would be better for both health and weight loss.

      Hello dear, first of all, I would like to send you a virtual hug and tell you that you are beautiful and unique no matter what - please remember that 🤍✨🙏🏻
      And since you are a teenager, your body is still growing and constantly changing, you need lots of nutrients and vitamins to be healthy, especially in this age. Please don’t try any extreme diets. There are many chances that you will lean and lose weight just naturally by changing your habits. Just try to have healthier meals (for example eat more homemade food instead of fast food), sleep well and avoid stress (stress causes the higher cortisol level and it prevents the weight loss), move more - just choose the activity that you like.
      I’m sure you’ve got this!

      No big changes visually, but I would say I have definitely felt lighter.
      I've tried egg diet just for fun to see if I'd be able to have such menu for several days and I'm pretty much sure that it depends on the person - if your diet is really different from this one, than you can definitely lose a lot of weight eating like this.
      I guess my calorie intake is pretty similar to the amount of calories I was eating during egg diet. And while I was on this diet, I wasn't super active. But usually I'm the opposite - I walk 10 000 daily and eat more sweets, fruits etc. This works for me.
      We are all different and the most important thing is to feel good in your own body and enjoying your routine (both food and activities).

      Hello dear, I don't track my weight - I don't even have the scale at home. But I felt lighter after eating like this, yet I guess in terms of calories seems like it wan not much less than what I usually eat on a daily basis, so I assume there weren't any drastic changes.
      I think this diet is good short term, especially if you'd like to lose a lot of weight ( for example, you have a big number on the scale). In this situation you will certainly see the drop on the scale, but if you need to lose just a bit of weight, I don't think the changes will be that noticeable.
      Hope this helps! And thank you for watching.

      Hello, I've included - 10 kg in the title because this is what Versatile Vicky diet is promising: epic results like loosing 10 kilos in 10 days - I've mentioned it in the beginning of this video. And this is what I've discovered while doing a research for this.
      But since I personally don't think following such diet for a long time would be healthy, I'm just trying it for fun for several days only. Healthy balanced eating is always better for you rather than eating limited foods only / being on a strict diet.
      I didn't mean this to be confusing for anyone. And of course, being honest - this helps with the views too. Anyways, I hope you enjoyed watching this videos!❤️

    "fun experiment" sounds a bit psycho

      This expression sounds absolutely fine in my native language considering the context, but whatever you thought you’d heard - it’s you choice to hear it this way 😅
      Thank you for watching!
