The target is minus 7 kg.
In the future, we will make a high-protein, low-carbohydrate menu in consideration of nutritional balance.
While incorporating exercise, we aim for 58 kg.

By not eating carbs most of the weight you lost was water weight . You will gain back as soon as you eat carbs again ..

Yo no he dejado los carbohidratos y en una semana perdí 2 kg, obviamente hice dieta hipocalórica y me he restringido dulces y cosas así pero es recomendable dejarlo poco a poco porque sino te acabas atracando (ese es mi caso) también hice ejercicio y estoy intentando acostumbrar a mi cuerpo a comer menos cantidad y a comer cuando de verdad siento hambre

@@elviad387the same when u wake up get hot water with lemon for breakfast some green tea with milk i think? Or just get milk and green tea and mix it then u eat 2 boiled eggs and some broccoli. For lunch u got 2 bananas then for dinner u got an apple with tomato and someday just eat an apple for dinner if u dont like tomatoes like me swith it something similar to tomato like carrot 😜 BYE❤❤

It doesn't seem like a video that shows a healthy and balanced diet. Eating so few calories will eventually turn into medical problems.
She is encouraging a bad habit, as you say is better to lose weight with a balanced diet and exercise. I lost 10 kilos in 6 months with a diet change.

Idk and when u wake up immediately drink how water with lemon and Lunch is 2 bananas and for dinner is an apple and tomato u can swith the tomato with carrot. you will end up gaining it coz when u do a short term crash diet, u mainly lose water because of how few carbs u r eating as 1g of carbs retain 2-3g of water. you can also lose muscle instead of fat which means your metabolism will slow down (but temporarily, but its really hard to increase it once its reduced). once you start eating you will gain weight, and even more than your starting weight. theres no possible way to avoid gaining the weight as you need a sustainable diet of around 300- 500 calorie deficit to lose weight that isnt regained back. and you would also have to do reverse dieting after the diet to actually minimise the amount of weight u regain. im not a doctor and have limited knowledge, but through my years of research of dieting and weightloss, and as someone who did have weightloss, im just giving my advice. i did crash diet like her and i did gain back 70% of the weight i lost so i dont think you should do it.
@@illy.Not everyone's body is the same, I lost 8kg in 2 months, I went on detox diets and shock diets, 2 months have passed and I haven't gained that weight back ☺️ I always kept it under control. I dropped from 78 to 69 kilos, I can't diet anymore, I only eat bread for breakfast in the morning, I eat two meals a day, I don't drink too much sugary tea, coffee, cola, I was ambitious and I won.
