I tried the Egg diet| 900 calories diet plan to lose 10 kgs in 10 days. DOES THIS REALLY WORK?

    We see a lot of crazy diets on internet and have good reviews. But can we really believe everything we see??
    So I decided to try this diet ( VERSATILE VICKY EGG DIET) . She claims we can loss 10 kgs in 10 days. !!!!
    So I am trying this DIET out. So join me to see if it really works.., 😀
    Diet details
    Breakfast:- hard boil eggs 3 , green tea
    Lunch:- Hard boiled eggs 3, apple 1, green tea
    Snacks :- Apple 1
    Dinner:- Oatmeal , green tea

    Versatile Vicky egg diet is a very popular diet followed by thousands of people and loved by millions. I have always wanted to do this diet as I have around 10 to 12 extra kgs to lose. I do want to lose weight but my world does not revolve around weight loss only 😜..
    What ever the results are and what ever I feel is just my opinion. I am not trying to change anyone’s mind or suggesting anything here..... 😊

      Nazia Imran I couldn’t continue after 5 days because I couldn’t eat another boiled egg.. i lost arnd 3 kgs in 5 days. So its quit good amount of weight to lose.

    I lost 25kg in 30 days with this diet.
    My starting weight was 95 and I came down to 70 kg after 30 days. I also included weight training and jogging for 5 days a week in my schedule.
    I never do crash diets but I tried this one just for the experiment and it worked for me.

    i think initially it is tough to follow something strict but when u see end results. it will definitely keep u up to achieve many more wonders.

    For those wondering, I would recommend breakfast from 9-10 in the morning, lunch at 2-3 in the afternoon, and dinner at 6 pm. Do not eat anything after dinner until the next day.

    Today is my day 6 of this diet,I never go a day without doing intermittent fasting,it's my lifestyle,so I've incorporated it in my IF without removing anything from it.It's actually good,I love it.

    According to Vicky you have to follow the diet 100%. Don't add or subtract anything from the diet

      Jimin’s Beans I’m assuming that is fine. As long as it doesn’t contain more calories. Green tea is ideal, but other teas should work also

    This diet is very effective when followed strictly. Don't reduce the eggs , the protein in them helps the weight come off.

    I tried this diet a few years ago but i tweaked it a little bit i would allow myself to have a slice of toast and i would grill a chicken breast if i was tired of eggs. I still lost a good amount of weight and it was more sustainable to be honest

    Ive just finished this diet, exactly as she describe, she even shows how to prepare the oats and it's delicious. I lost 11 lbs in two weeks. And yes you have to eat the three eggs not less, and boiled eggs not any other way.

      Zarah Islam to be honest he said he just thought as food as fuel and not for taste.. he would eat the porridge and say this is nasty lol. Also he says being fat stops him achieving, dressing up, being productive and that sluggish feeling of being fat obviously doesnt feel good. Just take one day at a time and be head strong. Drink lots of water to fill yourself up. Sleep well and be active. Hope this helps somewhat.

    To the people who are losing weight, a good thing to tell is what was your starting weight ? For someone like me who weighs 56 kg and wants to go down to 52, it will be a lot harder. For someone who weighs a 100kg, 10kg can come off easier.

      According to the diet, versatile Vicky asks to take green tea with the meals but I don’t drink any liquid with my meal. So i drink my green tea after 30 mins of eating. It’s actually a good idea. You should not drink green tea before meals

      Pokhalo is just rice and water prepared night before we are supposed to eat. But trust me it not that simple.. its more like a celebration for us odia when we eat pakhala..
      i am actually trying one of Vicky’s diet now that has turmeric tea in it. It really works .. I would strongly recommend trying her turmeric tea.. 😊

    When you lose weight fast you of course gain it back. So then after losing certain weight you need to maintain it by eating right portion at right time. Gaining 1-2kg and at maximum 3kg is normal, during weight maintenance. This is the case with me so I shared. I have lost 36kgs in one year with different diets. 95kgs-59kg I am now. My weight fluctuates between 59kg-maximum 61.0kg during maintenance.

    Best thing to do while doing this diet is to drink 2-3 liters of water, try to workout (whatever works for you) , and if u get bored of eating eggs everyday just try to switch it up with some other good stuff for example make yourself a healthy burrito. When you drink water it makes you feel full anyways so

      521 Hasina.S 1st day I was actually very excited and liked the diet very much. Next when I didn’t like the boiled eggs, I chose to stay hungry but didn’t substitute the egg. Then 1 day i tried to scramble my eggs, then realized that we are supposed to eat only boiled egg so stopped scrambling my eggs. I literally ate 1 or 2 egg one day but didn’t substitute anything.
      And in my video I didn’t provide any substitute to anything. I had my green tea, my apple, my oats. I didn’t ask anyone not to do the diet. Everyone who is watching videos are smart enough to see right through...

      Yes i got some breakouts but i get acnes all the time... it was a very hard to eat those eggs. This diet looks simple but is very difficult

    Good video. I must however say that it is unfortunate that you sound rather dismissive about the diet plan altogether rather than genuinely wanting to put it to test. I believe that when we endeavour on something new, we must have a proper mindset and prepare physically. Other testimonials have proven that this diet works. In fact, the videos show that they were mentally and physically receptive towards following a "plan", they gave constructive feedbacks, and were not all-out to debunk this diet. Simply put, I have put it to test and it works!

    it was fine. and it works for 5 kg for 7 days: a lot of green tea without honey was hard on me but I come to adjust. I did it to start me on a journey of weight loss. good start.

    Hmmm...wondering if I’ve tried this diet before. It sounds familiar. I think a plan that is 1200 calories or less is sure to work great! I stay around 1200 so I could probably make it through this one.

    You skipped so many ingredients vicky used in her oat meal. Nuts, prones, apple and honey which play effective role in weight loss. This is one of the reasons you felt more dipressed. You can also hv cucumber and carrots as snack as well.

    I need to lose weight but I feel like this first would make me feel icky and lethargic but I’m glad to know that it does work I just don’t think that I could do it I will check out the egg fast because 3-5 days is the max that I could do that and your right it should definitely contain vegetables

      @Healthy life I thought we were supposed to eat 3 eggs for breakfast and 3 for lunch. I was thinking that i am eating less eggs coz at some days i ate 2 eggs and even one time i ate 1 egg... no worries... i am making a note of everything and going to try this diet again

    Egg salad is tasty.. You might tried that. For lunch carrots cucumber and sprouts is a good choice.. No major difference in calories.. And u ll not feel boring..
    You can also take different fruits..

    I 100% agree with you, i dnt think u r discouraging, this is so realistic. I am in this diet and today is going to be my 9th day and i lost 3Kg, the most probable reason can be because last month i already had an other type of egg diet and lost 10 Kgs. So those who are saying they lost 10 kg in 10 days, it is mostly water weight, and also depends upon body type and fat content, the effect of every diet is different on different body types. I think ur video is so much closer to reality.

    I think it’s really different for each person...in my case in 3 days I lost 4kg and something. I’m sure must be liquids, but anyway I felt really better, I was really puffy but I got rid of it which was enough. Just if not for emergencies like can be a wedding/modeling/special recurrence I wouldn’t recommend this diet. It gives results but losing weight this fast is always bad for your body. So please be careful and do it ONLY for few days and if emergency. If you need to lose more than 5kg please do safer and healthier diets

    I have watched a ton of these egg diet videos and it was only one that went strictly by boiled egg oatmeal apple and green tea she didn't add anything except for a little bit of Himalayan salt and pepper and she lost 20 lb in one week and actually it was 6 days because she was starting to feel ill so she cut it so I'm deciding to go by her diet plan I know everybody body is different I started yesterday with my egg diet and it was hard it was really hard🤦🏾‍♀️but it got easier by that night when I was able to have the oatmeal 🤭but I think it's a lot easier if your body is already trained to be on a health eating journey and that's what I feel is making it easier for me versus going straight from food that's not good for you right into the boil egg diet and today I'm literally not hungry at all I have not had my breakfast but the most important thing of this diet plan I've learned that is very important that you eat the right amount of eggs and it's a lot better if they're boiled but people get frustrated and that is so understandable because again this is a hard diet but I commend you I actually see the weight loss in your face and I think your video was awesome and honest 🤗🥰

      The key to kg convert to lbs is to just times it by 2 to get pounds. It’s an estimate strategy I use

    Just so that you know, you can have carrots and cucumbers for snacks and 1 cup of green tea 1 hour before bed.
    You must have 3 eggs.... otherwise it won't work.
    And you can have nut milk but not normal.
