Dartigan Dude, your intro title cards are seriously awesome!
THANK YOU!! god i hate the new voice actor, sounds like generic dad when the old sounded better (aka generic cop which was awesome)
Fuck, you should not have went with ted Cruz, should have went with “looks like the g-man decided to switch games, consider will never get have life 3.”
rikmosa yeah he does look like G-man!
14:24 An exact moment that was taken out of the first game, and while cool should get a sin for the re-use of it
I was surprised you did not sin the fact that Sebastian is apparently the only one who can heal himself with syringes and medkits, because I feel like Torres could have saved herself if she used a medkit or syringe off of Sebastian while dragging him to safety.
she is immortal , the only reason she die because the developer said so .
Levi Athan True. The only reason they killed her off was to give you her assault rifle.
not worth it at all , right ?
Levi Athan Yeah. especially since for me I was heavily invested into the pistol and shotgun.
Donovan except the fact the assault rifle is the worst weapon in the game the pistol can do great head shot damage and the sniper practically one shots everything (to bad they made the bullet's for it non existent forcing you to always craft them
"Aw man, I forgot to pick up milk at the store. It's all my fault."
"No Sebastian, it's not your fault."
"Wow I never thought of it like that. You're right."
😂😂😂😂 That's this game in a nutshell
Sebastian has PTSD from losing his daughter which he then used to shut himself from the world and his wife was the only person who kept him grounded in reality. After all of that happens and during the Evil Within 1 Sebastian seems almost immune to Ruvik's influence because he is already stricken with grief. After all that Mobius appointed psychiatrists that were hired specifically to twist the knife in Sebastian making him crumble at almost every thought of his daughter or wife. During Evil Within 2 Sebastian learned the truth of what happens but is still held back by PTSD, he needs his believed dead wife to literally sit him down and say it to face even with all the evidence he has seen because emotional trauma like this makes people irrational. He knew he didn't do anything wrong but grief makes fools of us all.
shotgunreaper ...
Jonah Brown lol when u have argument u just type "..."
Mohamed Benlashher ...
Shotgun, that explanation was just as depressing as my personality...
Did he think we wouldn't notice him calling Stefano "Valentine" instead of "Valentini" for the first half of the video
Yeah let's sin the "sin master"
@@thegaminglord2190 He probably knew, he keeps referencing that TEW is a rip-off of RE4, so "valentine" must be Jill Valentine from Resident Evil 5, or whatever.
And the "sins" are just his opinions. There's no "sin master".
@@Xenorvya No, he named QUITE a few games this one rips off. It makes no sense to be highlighting just Resident Evil with so subtle a reference like that. A far more likely answer is that he failed to proofread his script before recording audio. That's shoddy, but it's something I can forgive. Coming up with leaps of logic so baffling that they'd likely cause a mental stretch injury is another thing. And if it's supposed to be a joke then why isn't it funny?
Also, you're getting into the same nit-picky semantics that make up major portions of CinemaSins-style videos that this series is clearly based off of. Regardless if they're sins, opinions, etc. it's pretty bad that he repeatedly can't get the name of the first enemy right.
So does Stefano only exist in STEM and not in the real world...
@@Xenorvya
*There is
Your sin counter is off the charts
the reason why Ruvik was the first core was he overrided Stem to only work with his mind thats why Mobius forcefully removed his brain to get it to work he did most of the research for the machine anyway
MrKal9000 thank you!
Is he though?
Losing our minds, losing our minds
But this didn't work and then Sebastian killed Ruvik inside the STEM but that didn't work either since Ruvik escaped in the real world with Lesile body
@@TheLivingThanos "Lesile" 🤣 yeah totally accurate.
Actually, maybe Sebastian could only run such a short distance in Evil Within 1 because of that chainsaw wound. But maybe that's too clever.
Limited controls makes a horror games scarier while survival games tend to have longer sprints and a wide variety of moves and weapons.Evil Whithin 1 was a Horror game, Evil Within 2 is a survival(in a world where many AAA games are survivals this makes the sequel crappy).
According to word of the creator it was because he's a heavy smoker.
And yes, as funny as it seems, that seems like a plausible explanation to why Sebastian is unable to run log distances. Nasty chainsaw wound on his leg + chainsmoker's lungs= poor stamina
🤭 holy shit...🤔🤔🤔
Are u kidding ?? Evil Within 2 is survival horor game ?? It cant be survival if u have a weapons and possibility to fight... Do u know meaning of survival ?? Its survival, not ''fighting against monsters and creatures''... The Evil Within 1/2 is horor game, maybe we can say '' action horor game'' but not survival.. Do u know what is survival horor game ?? Its Outlast 1/2, u cant fight back enemy, u just have 3 options to : Hide, Run or Die.. That is survival .. If I have a machine gun im sure i dont need to hide and sneak to survive, im just gonna ; BRRRRRRRRR kill them all ..
For the "female empowerment," I just have to point out that two of the three monsters listed are Valentini's creation, and if you read his files in Sebastian's room an art critic says Stefano was known for stringing together the sexualized female form and displaying it as art, which was a subject of obviously a lot of controversy. And the ghost, since it only shows up to remind Sebastian of his past, is likely a version of Laura from the first game. All the monsters are related to the characters and embody some part of them.
"But he's being literal. That is exactly shat they are doing"
LOL
Gabriel Gonçalves *what*
shat do you mean
Shat
you forgot the most blatant sin in the entire game, which is the fact that the last photographic slide is of Joseph, Kidman announces that he's actually still alive, SAYS they'll "talk about it later," and then they never bring it up again whatsoever. Not even at the end of the game. Like what kind of bullshit baiting lmao
DLC
Green Jelloe they've stated they're not releasing dlc for this game
Helpful Doge are you fucking kidding me? Then that scene is fucking useless!
Maybe they’re setting up for a sequel, you fucking whiner, ever think of that?
evil within 3 joseph main character
Mobius was never watching Kidman in the first. That was a lie made by Ruvik to mess with Kid that she finds out near the end. If Kidman is sure about the situation with Ruvik, then the only way to antagonize her is with things she does not understand and trust. Things like Mobius.
The game is cheesy as hell but in a good classic horror game way, like RE 1 y 2 way. And yes, the game is amazing.
Aron The Terminator your opinion doesnt count
evil Within 1 was far more creepy then this sequel which yea you can tell went back into action a lot more but it's still a great game 📍
This game is garbage
Don't believe everything the sin master says in his perspective every game is cheese as hell and a lot of times he doesn't know what he's talking about but he godda pop up those 100+ sin through
How is the game garbarge?
The intro isn't a memory, it's a nightmare. Lily was never in the fire (although I wouldn't put it past Mobius to actually have burned the nanny the headline mentions in order to leave a body to make the cover up easier), or the game literally could not occur. Sebastian was never there when his house burned down. Kinda thought Lily hugging him and then spontaneously combusting woulda been a clue that none of this ever actually happened.
Also, burning a piece of newspaper on a desk doesn't mean Sebastian's whole office burns down. Watch an older ashens blindbag video where he doesn't like what he gets to see how not all wood burns easily.
12:36
Dartigan:- "And now a quote from the scholar of our time..."
Sebastian:- "I'm gonna stab the sh*t out of you."
This always gives me a hearty chuckle. 🤣🤣🤣
This game is way better than the first in my opinion. I cared about what was happening, and gave a shit about the characters and how everything would end for them. The open world, when actually explored, ADDS tension and creepiness! And you're able to fully understand what is happening, without needing a DLC to explain everything! I had more fun with it, and finished it feeling much more fulfilled than I did when I beat Evil Within 1.
Cade Escobedo lol no, open world BS takes away ALL the scary factor..
Cade Escobedo and the fact that the story was all over the over in the first one made it more interesting, putting it in a league of its own and doent make you think "oh great, I have seen this a thousand times before"..
Willy et scientia yup 1 was better for me too. Still like 2 but nowhere near as much as i like 1
Nah, the open world took A LOT of the scare factor away. During those sections there was never a moment that gave you a sense of dread, urgency, nervousness. It was very easy to avoid all the zombies or "the lost." Part 1 was great, the difficulty was perfect, the boss fights were phenomenal unlike the stupid ones in part 2.
llm7676 Gotta disagree here. Found the tension of finding the best path around the open world while hiding from the "stalkers" way more tense than EW 1's walk-down-this-hall-shoot-these guys that got stale.
The story at least gave a reason to care about what Seb was doing in 2.
I actually didn't recognize Sebastian at first; my initial impression was, "Hey, this guy looks like a more high quality Jim Raynor from StarCraft 2." So the fact he had a different voice actor as well would've made Sebastian completely unrecognizable to me were it not for the fact that this is a sequel with the same main character.
theStonerKid69 i am french and i have to admit that the french voice of Sebastian is the same in EW1, and way better than the english voice :)
Elioraptor No lucky
looks like david hayter lol
I always assumed the damage he takes was a kind of "its in your head" thing. Which would cover the "physical" injuries. I mean, by the end of the first game he goes ham, pulls a rocket launcher out of his ass, and fires at the end boss while impaled through the chest with a giant spike.
This is a great game. Improves on the original massively.
its a huge downgrade compared to the first
the shitty tacked on cover mechanics that are too sticky and pretty much gets you killed more than safe
shitty stealth mechanics that is thrown out the window since Giant mobs will home in on your location and patrol close to you
the bosses were MUCH better in the first game than the second
open world is terrible and doesn't add much to the game except take away alot of the scare factor from the game
I could go on but dont wanna long post
this game is a bad sequel
oh and
"what the fuck?"
"what the hell?"
"what the--"
this voice over really pissed me off it's used so much its not even fucking funny
this game is nothing but a cash grab to get as much money as they can and to cut off this franchise
Captain Eggcellent The Voice Acting is fucking terrible
Massively is pushing it. The environments were bland and the bosses(while visually interesting) were not even remotely challenging. I mean the game ends with a shitty cover based shooting segment, how is that an improvement?
Based on what I'm seeing here, they made it Horror Assassin's Creed.
mariokarter13 You guys know it's okay to disagree right? Some will like the first more, others will like this one more. The reason that I PERSONALLY prefer the sequel was because it felt more like "survival" horror. Resources were scarce, exploring had a risk reward system, side quests meant new dangers but yielded more opportunities to refresh resources.
The first game always felt closer to an action game with horror elements but you generally had to fight through hoards after the 3rd or so level. I like being able to stealth and pick them off, to run away and hide because I don't have enough bullets to fight. I'd agree that this game improved everything I wasn't too fond of in the first game but I can concede that others won't see it that way.
Also, change the setting for the cover system, you might find it far more manageable.
*Ruvik
*Stefano Valentini
CHRONICLE KAI DAMN FUCKING RIGHT. Someone copy paste this video and voiceover every fuck up the sinner makes
And change the text as well :/
Valentino*?
Mark Wise en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Evil_Within_2 it’s Valentini. Just word search it. and we were saying that the video narrator was calling him valentine multiple times at the over the video and then starts Calling him Valentini again. It’s like he didn’t spell check his work.
The One and Only YES
the semi open world is exactly why I STILL haven't finished it
There's another thing. Sebastian was told that he will save his daughter, but what about leaving with her? That was never discussed!
Kidman tells him in a radio call that they didn't have time to back brief him on all of the details. It wasn't Mobius's plan to let him leave with the girl.
I agree with the voice actor thing. I liked Sebby's original voice actor in my opinion....
Maybe, he didn't want to come back
Other sins
1. The game seem to forget anima existed near the end she's symbolises sabastions trauma from stem but according to some flashbacks and files anima appears to multiple people and is apparently the one who turns people into monsters yet neither
Valentine or Theodore mention her once , also if anima can pass through walls why aren't any of the union members effect by her mind tricks
To be fair the reason Sebastian is saying “where am I?” “What the hell?” “What is that?” Is because he is in union, he’s never been in union prior to TEW2 he has only been in beacon in stem and the creatures and people he is facing are entirely new to him, so it’s pretty much new to Sebastian and the reason they used ruviks mind as the core in the first one instead of lily is because stem in the first time was wired to where it needed Ruvik to work
Come on now this was all explained in the first game
with that logic Solid Snake should be a complete noobie in every mission he goes on because every misson he goes on is different from the last.
Just because you are in a different enviroment that doesn't mean your brain cant make connections to events simular in the past to what they happen in the present. Come on man that is a really flimsy fanboy coverup. The only explination I would get is if his memory got wiped.
@@sebastianriz4703 Well, Solid Snake is a top tier soldier, who was trained by a living legend, so he was already prepared for the missions he did. Sebastian went through the events of TW1 ? Yeah, he did, but Union is a completely different place, and it's not like you can get used to the nightmares
@@andrewcruz3656 Granted you cant get used to nightmares like that but union aint all that different. Its still a world where Sebastian knows that what he is seeing and experiencing isn't fully real. Its still a made up world crumbling inside of someone elses mind. You can still make connections and know whats kinds going on
@@sebastianriz4703 I mean, yes, but being that Sebastian only knows the STEM from TEW 1, I expect him to be quite surprised when he finds Union. Specially when Mobius specifically told him it was a peaceful little town and it... well... lmao.
And since everything in this new STEM is different, you never really know what's going to happen next.
AND there's my fucking imaginary husband Stefano, who does the weirdest shit in the weirdest manners, so I'd be pretty pretty confused too if I were Sebastian too.
@@sasha_vb I dunno. To me STEM and Union were virtually the same thing. They are both nightmare worlds that was created by psychopaths. Seb should have went with the rule of "expect the unexpected" when it comes to an changing nightmare world.
Sin no.7: Multiple quick camera changes are known to display a great deal of information in a short period of time and are great for illustrating disorientation. Director Baz Luhrmann is a particular fan of the technique. It's great for giving a viewer the feeling one would have waking up from a nightmare with a hangover. I think you can see.
now nobody going to say anything about the men in black sitting at the bar and how the bad guy looks like the g man from half life
I noticed that. Maybe Stem was invented so we could finally get HL3.
Theodore Wallace doesn't have any purpose to game at all other then being annoying. His existence is almost as questionable as a new Saw movie with a different name.😒
NekuCloudHyugaLagoon the ad for that came on as I was reading this comment lol
I think Theodore was just a way to help Sebastian to get through his guilt, though it would have been much better if he did it on his own (just like the way he got over his PTSD on the side quests, which in my opinion were fantastic)
John Franco ya I mean the game was tight I really liked it. The voice acting sucked but everything else was cool
Dward O I thought it was great as well! and yeah the voice acting was mediocre :(
Agree. All the promo was about Valentini and the white goo. "Artitst serial killer" isn´t an absolute new idea, but it didn´t became a clichê yet. Valentini was a villain with quirks and cool aesthetics. They throw away an amazing well developed villain (Ruvik), start other villain (Valentini), he reaches coolness then is also throw away. Then for the rest of the game we have Wallace, the generic evil priest, so lame he is not even a boss and got killed like an idiot. If Bathesda didn´t wanted to use Ruvik, fine, at least sticked to Valentini until the end.
There were both improvements and many many backsteps. The traps were kind of dumb, the monsters and bosses rather bland. Like The Keeper is one of my favorite horror game boss fights still, this one had nothing of the sort. I think it was a great idea when it came to the crafting system, how the upgrades worked this time *mostly weapon part and gel upgrades being seperate* But it lacked a lot of the atmosphere fro the first. If they really wanted a semi open world horror game maybe take a bit more from Silent Hill in the terms of show less and have better puzzles that lock off extra area's. Overall I still enjoyed the game, but not as much as the first.
The bosses were scary as hell. Play this game at the dead of night with headphones and an unlocked door.
Sometimes copying a bit ftom other games can do some good like how this game definitely knocked it out of the park with some of the boss designs in terms of creepiness and symbolism on the artist and what he did
There is a missing sin
The first boss who usually shot people in the head and take pic of it .
Face u with knife
What did you expect? that he easily killed the main character and end the game? Remember that the sin of many villains is to toy with the heroes, just to be killed by that pride.
The first time you see him he uses a knife to murder someone though, he also threw the knife at you which you use in game. You're trying really hard to nitpick here but it seems like he really wants to shank Sebastian for art reasons. Because you know artists are crazy and his overconfidence/bravado is what let you kill him.
He is an egotistical psychopath. He probably assumes he won't need a gun to kill you whilest he taunts you throughout the fight.
cant argue that hahaha
but he always said its a head shot when he enter the "memorie bulle of the victime "
"Oh man...I forgot to pick up milk at the store....it's all my fault.."
The most accurate voice of sebastian in his game
he's pretty ripped looking for a washed up drunk
Late comment but Sebastian used to be a badass cop, he only got drunk and washed up during the last three years prior to the events of the game.
True that
I'm actually surprised you didn't mention anything about Sikes and his death/disappearance/whatever. That one left me questioning that part of the game. And then there's that nurse. Still very much a weird character in Sebastian's story.
In the terminal near the pod he enters, Sebastian reads that there's only a one in four chance of using the pod to actually escape. Sykes was, unfortunately, likely sent to the lower subsection of the STEM, which would be impossible to wake up from.
Unfortunate Circumstances Yes, but it’s still left as a “what if” type moment. Disregarding the odds, it’s still a dangling plot thread that leaves the audience questioning.
@@MrCadaaa I'd say it gets a pass since it's a substory, so I don't see it as important enough to be continued in a sequel or smth. Addition to that, i wouldn't be surprised if this guy skipped the substories, so I guess that's why it's not in the vid if ever.
Tantiana is the nurse in the game. I liked her role in the previous game where she didn't speak much and whenever she spoke it was gibrish
@@TheLivingThanos The story in the 1st game is much more ambiguous and you can tell most of the gist, yet people hated it because "it's not in your face"
While the sequel they simplify it by explaining things clearly and explaining everything
18:20 Shit, batman forgot his milk at the store.
Changing voice actors is a pet peeve of mine too!!!!
Very true
I love The Evil Within games!!! I also love these Everything Wrong With videos of them. So funny haha
For sin 12, there are two Mobius agents in the bar. Kidman cannot mention the plan with Myra because those two agents would kill her.
hmmm, sebastian kinda looks like keanu reeves
He's reanu keeves
He is actually.
2:07 I’m pretty sure the two mr andersons aren’t in cahoots with Kidman, and if Sebastian said no and subdued all three of them and she told him about his wife the other two could report it to the administrator arousing suspicion, so she didn’t say it because it could ruin the plan.
Actually would've sinned Kidmanss "Fuck you" line it was predictable. Seriously when she said "No there is a third option" literally after those words. In my mind said "I sense a fuck you coming"
I know this video is supposed to point out the bad parts of the game, but it makes me like it some more. "I'm gonna stab the shit out of you" really is nodern art
When you mention sebastian questioning wtf is happening i don't think he was expecting what was actually in the stem
He should know not to. He faced a big monster with an RPG in the last one while the world went batshit crazy. I don't think anything would surprise him
Bipsty McBipste so he should expect things he’s never encountered in a version of stem that he’s never encountered?
Bipsty McBipste he encountered an fat man with an RPG, he probably didn’t expect a giant monster with a buzz saw for an arm
@@kuwakaney2443 he encountered far more crazy shit in the 1st game lol
I'm gonna say Assassin's Creed: Origins, because there's gotta be one dead parent cliche and we all know how you love those.
TheSouloftheDragon The ending is extremely cringeworthy and deserves a million sins.
cliché*.. man come on..
hahaha they flipped it this time around.
@@ScenicNsanity it is still a dead family member for character motivation cliché
@@bipstymcbipste5641 ...ok? I wasn't saying it wasn't. Why are you commenting on something from a year ago anyways.
The Evil Within 3: Stuck in the Matrix.
Wait for it.
7:03 there are servers and a built in system where the company can manually change things within STEM, you actually use the tunnels to move from place to place throughout the game and one mission involves getting to the servers (you also pass by a lot of computer equipment in these tunnels). This is purely a sin for a semantics issue, technically STEM is being controlled from outside hardware, so anything inside is technically software but you had to know what was meant by it. Give it a sin for nobody noticing throughout the creation process, it should have been software but he's still going in there and messing with computers in a physical sense just like we experience the game world through Sebastian.
I never expected to write so passionately about the lore of this game, it's not that deep, but felt the need to defend it.
That "I said eat!" Scene with the lady shoving disgusting shit in the guy's mouth is the same from RE7
6:20 You don't know how much more correct you would be in the future
This game hinted at so many better things, yet ended up been a generic horror game.
The biggest sin of this game was that they said f*ck off to Sebastian and Joseph’s great bromantic relationship and just focused on boring family drama imo
Aaaand that’s why the game flopped I think. Seriously who cares for that poorly-written cliche male-centric nuclear family?
They do mention in the first game that his wife is alive and working for Mobious
But in the DLC
I was not expecting the period joke I'm laughing so hard
I realize you took a sin off for when Valentini blows up all the people's heads (13:16), but it should've been a sin for copying the even more awesome moment from Kingsman: The Secret Service, who did it originally and way better.
theStonerKid69 I think he said it in his live stream.
Hell yeah that part was awesome
Ya that was glorious
17:40 there's your explanation to the transitions and how Sebastian survives those falls
I think Ruvik was able to be a "god" because he was a psychopath other than lily ^^
The reason Kidman didnt say anything more than what she did is because it was all a secret operation and she couldnt risk Mobuis knowing. I feel like that's also why the system went dark for out there, that Kidman and the rest managed to find a way to make it so Mobius couldn't see into stem to find out that there was a sort of rebellion going on.
Jill Valentine? Also, I'm agree about Stefano blowing off all that heads could be the best moment of the game
I literally love all your videos but I’ve worked everyday since I think Saturday (plus satellite WiFi’s and Alabama has been raining like a mofo) ,but I’ve fallen asleep to this video 4 days in a row trying to watch it 😂
Valentini* do your research next time
TheOracle I thought it was Valentino.
TheOracle not a big deal
Stefano?
He corrects himself midway through
Yeah, where the hell did the come up with Valentini ?
I love this game but I don't like Sebastian's new voice, I hate that Ruvik isn't in the game and replaced by some really shitty villains, and the fact that in almost every cutscene Sebastian says: "What the hell?, Where am I?, What is going on?, and What is hell is that?." It's all very ANNOYING as FUCK!!!😣😢😡😠
Yeah it's gta more than ew
"Flamboyant artist"

Too bad Hitler painted realistic scapes and was most certainly not flamboyant
Dogerus you can’t look at hitler in those shorts he wore and not tell me that isn’t flamboyant
Can I just say? Kudos. Kudos to your accurate comment about the villain looking like regular ted cruise. Since we are being honest. Got a good laugh out of that one.
#16 shouldn't really be a sin since one of the game files explained why using a known psychopath as a core was justified.
You say that like you think he would look at the game files
@@frozenfoxgames5300 They gotta justify these videos somehow, I guess.
And they don’t tell you if Sykes or the girl you save in chapter 3 make it out alive
You could've made a sin about Sebastian and Kidman talking about Joseph and "dlc baiting"
The game didn't sell well, they were likely intending to make DLC but due to the mediocre sales and reception, none were ever made.
@@unfortunatecircumstances8870 from what I understand the game was well received though. Hell I loved it
@@ADHGaming1 no a lot of people hated it. I know some people somehow love the second one tho. Compared to 1 TEW2 was such a forgettable experience.
I mean the games not bad but it's not nearly as good as the first game. I do hope they make a 3rd game at some point.
Yeah, that "fuck you" line was the stuff of legend!!
I think the letterbox thing was a joke lmao
he is in a computer Matrix type machine, so falls probably wouldn't kill him, if the program wanted him to not die at those moments. The actress for his wife was awful
Charlie Huffman yes. And pretty much anyone who has a new voice actor who appeared in the previous game has an awful voice actor now.
never played it, but maybe they had to do cutbacks for financial reasons
@@Xonslaught1 i think all the voice actors need a little work
in this case the first voice actor for Sebastian was busy protesting and the new one tried to fill in for him. thats why theres a new Sebastian
It's ValentIni not Valentine.
But magnificent sinning as usual
1:18 That's...the diner from the start of Indigo Prophecy. They added a pool table.
2:10 The pool table also disappears, and gets replaced with two tables and zero chairs.
this series and Resident Evil are some of the best games to play. Even Resident Evil 5.
Valentine waiting for lily to get out by herself is supposed to show his psycopathic mind. There is even a question to see if you are one which implies the exact same thought process. So not really a sin but rather a nice way to show him being a psycopath.
I'm glad you brought up these problems with the game. When I attempted to play it, it was completely contradicting what the previous installment did. There is no horror or mystery involved, it's just an action game with poor writing.
Been waiting two weeks for this. Thank you so much. Even though the game has it's sins I still thoroughly enjoyed it
Do Assassin's Creed Origins. Because it's AC, you know it has tons of sins.
Fuzzy Barbarian but then that would be too easy
Nah! A good old bashing will do, nicely. :)
Fuck you!!!!!
I hate that to get info on Joseph you had to do a gather mission that is easy to miss.
This game was so disappointing compared to the first one.
The only reason the second game goes into sebastians backstory is because it would be too big a game to have the story of him AND about stem. it wouldn't make sense to have the second game as the first even tho it does make sense. Ruvik was seen after countering that lady that jumps out of the mirror for the third time. Considering sebastian was more focused on the fact his daughter and wife were apparently missing, ruvik wasn't his biggest concern. He did shoot his oldself in the head possibly erasing all the left over fear and memories he had of him. I'm pretty sure that a fire would burn a body to ashes, that's why there was no body of lily, which means the police report was the only sort of proof he had. Mobius wasn't in control of ruvik being the core in the first game, ruvik completely took over the machine and mobius couldn't do anything about it, that's probably why they sent Kidman in it. They sent the search team in to see what happened to lily, if something happened to her, they had no way of seeing in the real world, that's why they had her send signals. Like the administrator said, the second stem was completely different, that's why sebastian was confused, it worked completely differently like needing to travel to different areas in such a strange way or the black areas he randomly appears in half the time. The world falling apart in the first game was just huge chunks of buildings rising, this world falling apart however literally has islands floating away. And lily didn't even know how to use anything she was still a child. The reason Stefano's monsters are all female is because he was a serial killer that only killed women in the real world. When Theodore flushed sebastian out, he most likely landed somewhere else and torrus probably brought him to the shack. Most people in this game are Spanish, sebastian, Myra, lily etc. When torrus appeared infront of sebastian, they weren't at Theodores place, it was an hallicination. That's why he accidently shot her, because he thought it was Theodore. When Myra said she couldn't come, it was because if they both escaped mobius would hunt them down and kill them, Myra had to take them down from the inside (somehow)
Wolfestine 2 but play it safe .
Hollywood and the gaming industry, playing it safe!
Wolfenstein men, the easiest german ever, this word doesnt even make sense in german. thats telling me this word is created by an american
LEARN HOW TO SPELL
The Administrator really loves to talk with his hands doesn't huh?😂
He's so over the top, and honestly I love it. Wish he was more prominent.
No sins for Myra's voice acting?
18:40 her gun was still glowing
Assassin's creed orgins
Assassin’s creed orgy
No "what the fuck?" will ever reach the greatness of the first one uttered by Sebastian after Leslie disappears in the distance shouting "Hospital, hospital".
This game has a lot of performace issues, I can’t finish it without motion sickness
Am I the only one who dies a little inside each time he says "Valentine" instead of "Valentini"?
Sin no. 20: Which one of then successfully killed more giant monsters? Also, Sebastian didn't cost them any money to train. He's disposable.
Me the entirety of the playthrough I watched: I DON'T CARE ABOUT THIS CLICHED COP MELODRAMA WHERE'S LESLIE WHAT HAPPENED TO HIM WHAT IS RUVIK'S PLAN HELLO, STORY--?!
Still a great horror game to me!
3:10 The reason they used ruvik was because he made it so that way his stem Will only function with his brain waves so that’s why they wantEd Leslie but since Ruvik knew everything about stem and messed up their plans they had to build a new one so they can just make their own requirements .
8:28 that’s because ruvik actually knew his abilities
Sin no.11: Kidman is deceptive and is manipulating Sebastian. She's not telling him about his wife because that would muddy the water and make Sebastian less likely to cooperate, and he barely trusts Kidman as it is. This sin only makes sense if you ignore Kidman's actual character.
7:22 ohhh .. now that you said it, i cannot unsee the Fallout 4 dialogue animations and camera cuts O_O
I'd go for Wolfenstein for the next one.
I fucking love the "I'm gonna stab the shit out of you" part! LMFAO
Lol this was funny but this game is actually like my 2nd best game i played all year, i really liked everything about it from the start to finish, felt like a movie at times, oh n that all the heads blowing up cinema scene and the return of laura n the others scene were amazing
1. We DO find out who took the photo. She's Torres. She's one of the team sent in to rescue Lily, as part of Kidman's plan, because she felt bad about faking the fire. So of course she would take the photo...she hadn't lost all her morals and felt guilty. 2. They had fail safe plans, those failed because of various circumstances Mobius didn't see coming, like the idea multiple psychopaths would enter into the world and make use of Lily, the breakdown of their stable field emitters, and, finally, bringing in independent contractors if the first team didn't cut it. There really is no such thing as a fail safe plan. As Sun Tzu once famously said, "no plan survives contact with the enemy." 3. The reason they chose Ruvic and Lily is because both had psychic potential. Ruvic was a psycho so that went tits up, but since Lily was an innocent blank slate, in THEORY, using her would be safer. Especially if they had her mom around, that way she could be kept calm, at peace and wouldn't act up, unlike Ruvic, who was just a brain in a jar. 4. They don't sent Kidman because they want someone who's been in STEM and who's expendable if they fail. Kidman isn't. 5. That knife in the shoulder IS brought up, it's why you are introduced to medical syringes in the VERY NEXT SCENE, because his health is very badly hurt. How dishonest can you get that you'd overlook PLANTING AND PAYOFF WITHIN ONE SCENE OF EACH OTHER? That's inexcusable! 6. Sebastian can see those flashbacks and Lily's footprints the same way he sees residual memories from other people. That's a decent enough explanation. And they'd be more powerful because they're coming from the Core. 7. Ruvic had years and years and decades even to prepare himself and foster the strength to twist the world. Lily is just a terrified elementary school kid. Why on Earth would you think she'd have all her shit together, especially when she's separated from her mom and being chased by a creepy psycho who has been cutting people open and freezing their deaths? YOU'D lose your shit too. 8. STEFANO VALENTINI is his name, not Valentine, and of course he's playing with Lily, he's a sociopath who likes playing with his food, as we see with Sebastian. 9. Why is having stuff in common with Psychonauts a "sin"? That's a good game. 10. Myra says in the next line after Sebastian tells her Lily can't have been kidnapped "But I HAVE proof, look!" She literally says it in that scene. She HAD proof, Sebastian didn't look at it. You dishonestly left it out to make up a sin. How SHAMEFUL of you. You CUT OUT THE VERY NEXT TEN SECONDS THAT WOULD HAVE SHOWN SHE TRIED TO SHOW PROOF. 11. Lily looks the same because that's the age she was when inserted into the machine, so her manifestation is at that same age. That combined with the fact she hasn't really "grown up" in a proper setting means she's still remained young and innocent in appearance. Plus, it's to act as a contrast. Myra has changed. Sebastian has changed. But the daughter they're trying to protect has remained as cute and sweet as ever. Do you not understand metaphors? Not everything is literal. Sometimes it's symbolic.
I prefer the new voice actor of seb
old actor fitted what sebastian was at the time, cop who does not know what hes into, on this game its washed up ex - cop who will do anything to get his child back he thought died years ago. They needed to switch his voice just like kidmans to fit perfectly
I do but he is wierd and has a Canadian accent
Anson Maunt, Sebastian's voice actor from the first game, in my opinion was WAY better. Marque Bobsich's voice is to high-pitched and it doesn't fit Sebastian's character at all.😒
Im igree, Sebastian's voice in TEW-1 was way better.. In TEW-2 Sebastian's voice is just anoing and borring, with no emotions and no care abouth other people.. Im not like it at all..
@@axellorinser8322 so, in TEW 1 Seb's voice had emotions and care about people? I don't think so, he rarely spoked something relevant, and never realy had a dialogue with someone. I don't think his voice in TEW 2 it's the best possible, but is definetely way better than TEW 1.
The Administrator looks like a discount Agent 47 from hitman only he has hair.
TEW 3 should have Leslie and the administrator controlling STEM
theguyinthere not Leslie, Ruben/Ruvik
LOLOLOL "There are pleny of hygiene products..." Good suff!
This is probably my favorite sin video you've done in a while. For the next one, I vote Assassin's Creed Origins, for two reasons: 1) I have only seen the first hour, but the sheer lack of buildup and lack of care they take with introducing the game + the main character really makes me realize how far the franchise has fallen since it hit its peak with the Ezio trilogy. And this from a game that is supposed to be the franchise's big comeback? 2) Despite the tagline that No Movie/Game Is Without Sin, I seem to remember a lot of people being butthurt that you critiqued The New Order. No need to subject yourself to more of that unnecessarily.
