    Great video and great categories. I've been experimenting a bit recently and I'd love to add an 8th essential locomotion pattern - brachiation. Hanging, swinging, climbing, monkey bars, monkey bars going sideways, hanging upside down; the sky's the limit. And before you know it, it's become your favourite way of locomotion. It does require an apparatus of some sort though.

    Who did you learn locomotion from?

      I've primarily studied locomotion under Jackson Lennan (he's in Brisbane). My first few workshops with Ido Portal many years ago lit the initial inspiration and love for the style.
