I was hoping that you could do like a breathing techniques series that educates about different breath practices, because a lot of us here struggle with anxiety and you do such a wonderful job of helping with the breathing. Maybe like a series that has videos with 15 minutes of physical practice and then 15 minutes of breath work, each video teaching us more and more about the different breathing techniques. Good morning and thanks for this video. I just took a deep breath and didn't lift my shoulders to my ears for the first time in my life. I've done hundreds of yoga sessions and classes but that breath definitely broke new ground. woooo!
Work is super stressful at the moment, and I've not been sleeping well either due to being a light sleeper with excessive noise around late at night and in the early morning. I could honestly feel what the stress was doing to my entire body. I knew I needed to do some exercise or meditation or something, but every time I went to do it, my brain switched into work mode and I ended up working instead. I finally forced myself to jump onto your channel after a long break, and did this morning routine.... Damn I needed this!! My body feels better and my mind is much less clouded and dull. The short meditation at the end was the perfect way to finish the routine. Thank you!!! Now I just need to remind myself it's ok to take the time to do this in the morning XD
I’m such a fan of yours and have done every video you release, and although I’m in the minority here, this wasn’t one of my favorites. I felt the pacing was a little too fast and you felt rushed to get through it. There wasn’t much of an introduction either, we just got right to it without any centering or preparation. Still love all that you do! Thank you for your great spirit. 🙏🏻

Thanks Tim, this was the perfect little morning wake-up! Core work, leg strengthening, a bit of stretching, a bit of breathing...perfect! I'd definitely love to see more of these short videos with some strengthening exercises for different parts of the body, along with the core work, stretching and breathing. I can do this on those mornings when I have to rush out the door, or I can add it on to one of the longer videos if I have a bit more time. One request...could you add this to the cmc site? I could do without the noisy TH-cam ads that wake up my husband at 6AM! ;-)

~20 minute classes are great, I don't need to psych myself up for a full hour long workout. This was a perfect nighttime yoga for me! That meditation made me feel so calm, and I'm much more relaxed and present (normally I'm very stressy as the day comes to an end). Will be using again for when my brain is going a million miles a minute before bed!! Thanks for this sesh!

I have serious lung issues so I try to use diaphragmatic breathing whenever possible, staves off the panic attacks. All in all a great class.Did anyone's knees crack like mine when doing the squats?
