The monitor by itself is just under $90 on Amazon, you got $20 in the headset, headset, keyboard, and mouse combo, the King Fast SSD is also about $20, the NVidia 750 Ti is about $40 on eBay, Windows, if they paid for a license, they probably did a $10 gray market key, and the computer and its RAM are probably free from recyclers, so that brings the component cost of the PC up to about $180. Add in like another $20 for labor, glitter, and RGB for $200. Even after Amazon's cut and shipping they are probably clearing about $70. Not bad.

I just bought a Dell Optiplex SFF 790 from Value Village for $11 with Windows 10. I did upgrade several things such as replacing the HD with SSD and upgrade the 4GB to 12GB, and finally a AMD R5 430.

Nada mal para 300$ ! Ojalá hubiese tenido algo parecido hace algunos años, habría sido muy feliz, es un equipo que puede funcionar para casi todo respetando sus límites y por ese precio con todo lo que trae listo para usar pues es buena oferta.

The monitor's "brightness" control is likely entirely gamma control through its entire range with the backlight itself not being controllable. This was really common with cheap LCDs back in the day. You have to find the sweet spot for contrast and color accuracy, or else the monitor becomes unusable. You can see the effect this has at 14:02, with the black level remaining constant up until 63% (presumably) and then the white level remains constant above that.

I had a i7 2600 up until 2 years ago and it was a monster of a cpu it was starting to show it's age. Although you can't overclock or use fancy ram with these pre builts (like mine) but with a overclock and fast ram it's still a pretty good cpu I bet

That actually seems like a good deal. The Cyberpunk performance squeezing reminds me of when I built my first rig, thought it was great then fired up Crysis for the first time (back in 2007-2008ish) and had to use custom very low settings getting 20-30fps in multiplayer- it's weird to think that now 60fps is just 'okay'.

I wonder whether BOM just means Bill Of Materials which in the inventory/manufacturing world is a kit list of parts to make a complex item or system. So it is just a BOM code. You don’t normally see it presented that way but that would be my guess.

I laugh so hard turning the video down to 0.25 speed when Dawid makes inappropriate noises at the Dark Power Pro 13's power switch. Also I just love this channel, it has a cozy vibe that gels with me as a fellow old ass PC gamer in his mid 30s still learning more and getting better at researching good PC components, which has made my usual prebuilt purchasing MUCH BETTER. Dual channel RAM all the way, and high RAM speeds matter! Don't get me started at good airflow and more fans!

A 4GB 750ti as well, so even longer lived than the typical 2GB version. Cyberpunk used well over 3GB.
The i7 3770S would be a noticeable upgrade over the 2600. Problem is however the lack of instructions that pre Haswell i7 have.
