Guys, it ONLY works with backward compatible games. If the game was released on both generations, it's its own game. For example BF4 saves won't move over, because they are technically separate games.

That's pointless because in order for you to have launched the game on the xb1 in the first place it already had to be installed, so its already there.
HaveFun well when you go on destiny on xbox one it will start doing updates and transferring all your 360 data to one. (it took about a day for me but i have loads of destiny progress so it prob wouldn't take as long for most people).

Multiplayer saves are tied to your account if my memory serves me correct...meaning you don't have to transfer anything at all.
