I have found my TH-cam person. I started doing pole this last year, and as much fun as I'm having with it, I'm realizing how out of shape I am. I can barely lift myself onto the pole. No paid subscription for this, no nonsense, and workouts that make me want to just keep going. I am feeling the strength I have been starting to build this last week, and it feels great. Day 5 and this. See difference. Feel stronger plus lifting and cooking my own food/ better choices/ smaller portions. Been same weight my whole life but I feel better this add n ever w less time spent in my gym on cardio. Lifting more.
