Level: Beginner with Intermediate modifications
This is a wall pilates ab workout for beginners. It is a no equipment pilates abs workout. This workout contains wall pilates exercises, including wall pilates workout for abs. This is a pilates workout on wall, which allows us to use resistance from the wall to assist in exercises. This is a wall pilates for weight loss and wall pilates for belly fat loss, as these exercises challenge the core and can help build strength. This would be a great pilates workout for athletes who need core strength and stabilization work, and would be a great pilates workout for cross training. Finished the 28 day and I’m going back through for a second time, I’m already noticing a change in my body and an increase in strength!

I just finished Day 9 of the 28-day challenge. As someone who is overweight & out of shape, these have been really great. The individual routines are a good length to keep me going & motivated. I’ve already realized I will need to complete this challenge again before adding more intensive routines. But my new goal is to be able to do a full roll up!!!

Day 5 (29.6.2024) It's the weekend and my motivation level was up at the crack of dawn so have completed the workout early today. That was the perfect way to start my weekend - thank you!
Whew! Day 5 done. What an enjoyable and challenging routine. My abs are screaming! My goal is to be able to do a full roll up soon. I added some squats afterwards. Thanks Rachel. See you tomorrow.

I am so happy I found these workouts. They have been a great alternative as I am not able to do my usual strenuous workouts due to medical issues. I am able to maintain the gains I had before from my regular workout and I can feel myself getting stronger with each workout. A BIG THANK YOU Rachel 🤗

Day 9 Done!💪🎉 I missed it yesterday, so had to make sure I got it completed today! My roll up was well awful, but definitely going to work on it. The change I've seen in my body in 9 days is crazy, and I'm actually sticking with it. After 3 kids, currently 15mo PP and still breastfeeding, I didn't think I'd see many results, especially this soon, but wow! I'm so glad I found you on here!

Hello Rachel!! Just wanted to share with you my progress! I am doing your exercises since august and today finally I managed to do the full sit up with the press on the wall!!!! I am so happy! I am 41 and I can feel my strength building up!! Thank you 😊

Day 5 done. I’ve been doing 2 workouts every other day to make time for cardio. Love all the stability work!
Only Rachel can be gentle while she lights those abs on fire! Loved the wall roll ups. There are several moves here that I'm adding to my abs vault.

I started doing this 4 weeks ago…I was looking for something that would help me build my strength and range of motion and tone my body. I have a lot of physical health issues so I have a lot of pain and weakness….I just turned 49 this year and was not happy with my body and the struggles. Longer story short….41/2 weeks later…. My range of motion, pain level, and strength have improved significantly and added bonus….I’ve lost 5 pounds and 2 inches in my waist! Thank you so much Rachel, for providing this for free. Just finished day 17 of the 28 challenge. Absolutely love it! Struggle with my back when feet are on the wall, didn’t want to give up so I leave them on the floor. Better doing something than nothing and I don’t struggle now. Thank for the challenge ❤

Day 17 ✅ Love the short, effective ab routine and that you still threw in some single leg bridging. 😉 Whoo wee, though, that teaser crunch is definitely something to strive for! Wish I had the magic circle for that one! Once I’m up in that position, I can stay there, but getting there from the ground is super challenging. I nailed them all and those abs were on 🔥 A few months ago I was not able to roll up at all. Now I am enjoying working out but still hate it at the same time 😂 Day 9 ✅ 🎉

This happens to me. But I try to go for a fast walk if I can't have focus time with the video. As a mom, sometimes squeezing in a video with kids around can be challenging. So, on those days, I try doing a fast-paced 20-30 minute walk with my weights.
Day 5 done for me. abs not so bad but my neck is feeling it, will be interesting to see if this changes as I go through the days. thanks :)
Day 9 done! A full roll up with feet against the wall .... definitely a long way to go to do that but it's a great goal!

Day 5! I have been having issues keeping up because of my blood sugar issues... i would feel sick in the middle of the workout. But we press on! Just completed this with my auntie and I feel great, loose and limber :)

Day 5, done! I did it 2x since it was short. I’m a mom of 3.. (twins and a toddler) I have a lot of stretch marks surrounding my bellybutton and a little pouch that I am trying to get rid of. Not sure what to expect but I am really enjoying doing this. I feel the burn and the aches of the areas we work on. Thank you for this.
