न्यायालय को एक तथ्य पर गंभीरता से विचार करना चाहिए, वह यह कि मोदी सरकार ने चुनाव आयोग की नियुक्ति में सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले को पलटने के लिए अध्यादेश लाया। अगर उनका इरादा चुनाव प्रक्रिया को कमजोर करने और उसमें हेराफेरी करने का नहीं था, तो यह अध्यादेश क्यों लाया गया और उन्होंने जल्दबाजी में दो चुनाव आयुक्तों की नियुक्ति क्यों की। सुप्रीम कोर्ट को इस तथ्य पर गौर करना चाहिए।
